“This is the happiest, most genuinely friendly bunch of beautiful people I've encountered at a Starbucks. Hubby had jury duty so I spent the entire afternoon here working on my computer and loved every bit. The staff were laughing, joking, and getting along so well. The manager was in the mix the whole time too treating everyone kindly, respectfully, and clearly works to be professional friends with the employees. I overheard a solo training orientation too and was impressed by the ideals, service standards, and attitudes they promote. I ordered 2 drinks over the afternoon and both were perfect as was the customer service. I earlier had walked in and then straight out of the E Lincoln location cause the vibe and layout was "get in - get out" but once I stepped inside here I felt immediately safe and welcome plus they have individual tables with outlets at each.6 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I'm surprised with the low reviews because I come here often and have always been satisfied with my orders. I usually come in the morning around 7am. I'm usually not a fan of Starbucks because the drinks are overly sweet but I desperately need coffee one day and I saw on their menu that they had an iced brown sugar shaken espresso with oatmilk drink. The lady who usually helps me out in the morning makes it perfect! She doesn't add a lot of brown sugar so the espresso taste cuts through with just a hint of brown sugar! It's perfect. It definitely wakes me up and gets me all energized in the morning. It's a great drink also for people who are lactose intolerant since it uses oatmilk! Would recommend this drink and having it made by the lady who works the early morning shifts before 7am during the weekdays!“

“They are quick, the service is great. The only confounding variable is that anything that goes through the toaster comes out tasting strongly of ham. Ham danish, ham blueberry muffin, you name it. So if you're getting a pastry- skip the warming oven unless you really love ham.“

“Not much to say. This is now a drive through only Starbuck's due to homeless and hang out issues. Service is friendly. I would like to experience a faster drive-thru since the lobby is not open.The staff is quite friendly and they offer samples more often than other Starbucks.“
