“My friend had been telling me about this place for months, and I finally went. It's as great as she said! The coffee (well, I had a Chai) was delicious and so were the pastries. They also sell a small variety of items - prepared grab and go food & drinks, jams, and more! The vibe is awesome. It's cute inside & out, with lovely outdoor space on the front patio or back. It reminds me of the coffee houses in Portland (houses w/ tables set up in different rooms).
To top off how great they are on a normal day, when I absentmindedly left my purse just before they closed, they called back to confirm it was there & safely held on to it until my friend could pick it up for me the next morning.“

“Location is really great and easy. Lately they have hired new employees that can't seem to tell which cars came first. This is the second time this has happened in this location where the employee taking orders skip our car when waiting in line. This happens on low times where there few cars present and they seem to forget which cars arrived first. Love the company sad that the employees couldn't be more aware of their surrounding when taking orders.“

“this is the best donut shop of the area!! we went in at around 1pm and they were fully stocked with all the fresh donuts. the chocolate old fashioned is super tasty, it’s not too sweet and the frosting actually tastes like chocolate! all of the donuts we tried were really good and the vibes were friendly“

“We bought the ube sampler pack and ube latte milk tea since it was our first time at Cafe 86. The owner was very kind and gave us an ube bread pudding on the house. My daughter love the ube truffles so much we returned two days later to buy more. I really enjoyed the ube cheesecake but everything we tried was delicious.“

“We went here for the first time recently. It was around 9:00 in the morning but they hardly had any doughnuts left. The owner explained that their Benecia store came and got most of their doughnuts because of a special event happening in Benecia. “This is a cafe is located at plaza drive vallejo, serving boba and blended drinks. The location is not as noticeable as the other competition and limited parking near the store, although you can still park in the samw plaza but has to go across and walk.

Fast, clean place and good customer service. I have tried different drinks and my favorite is the Tiger boba. I recommend it if you like coffee and have a sweet tooth.“

“Teresa is a person with service attitude and professionalism, always smiling, attentive and smart, I started going there and since the first time she remembered what i wanted and had my order ready in a snap.unfortunately I can’t say the same for the other girl, I think her name is Claudia, she shouldn’t be attending the public, she is very rude, forgetful, you order one thing she gives you something else,Plain and simple, she doesn’t belong in customer service at all“

When I asked how his day was, he asked how mine was and gave me some positive words for my upcoming interview. It's rare to find positive young workers who engage in a positive conversation these days. Even briefly. Keep up the great work Eric!
