“I spent over 17 minutes in the drive thru. I honked my horn once and when I got to the window she asked if I honked and why. As I started to tell her she interrupts me very loudly then yells at me it's not her fault. Then Katie comes over, cursed at me and demanded i get the ruck out of her drive thru!! I tried to explain to her what was going on and all she could do is curse at me and call the police!!!
So is this how you train your people??“
“The drive-through at this Fairfield Starbucks is excellent! The service was incredibly quick, and the staff was friendly. My order was perfect. The banana bread matcha latte, and vanilla sweet cream cold brew were all delicious. I will definitely be back!“
