“I spent over 17 minutes in the drive thru. I honked my horn once and when I got to the window she asked if I honked and why. As I started to tell her she interrupts me very loudly then yells at me it's not her fault. Then Katie comes over, cursed at me and demanded i get the ruck out of her drive thru!! I tried to explain to her what was going on and all she could do is curse at me and call the police!!!
So is this how you train your people??“
