“I spent over 17 minutes in the drive thru. I honked my horn once and when I got to the window she asked if I honked and why. As I started to tell her she interrupts me very loudly then yells at me it's not her fault. Then Katie comes over, cursed at me and demanded i get the ruck out of her drive thru!! I tried to explain to her what was going on and all she could do is curse at me and call the police!!!
So is this how you train your people??“
“I came by this morning around 9:30 in the drive thru, and all of the girls were super nice!
They were super friendly and fast and helped me figure out what I wanted to drink. The girl making my drink recommended something that tasted really good and told me how i should order it next time!“
