Starbucks in Fairfield

“Today when we ordered it didn't speak loud enough and the person taking my order didnt hear me say 2 lattes. When I pulled up to the window I asked for the second she said she didnt hear me but went straight to making a second one as quick as one can, and in a minute and a half it was finished outstanding service thank you Starbucks superheroes!“

“Super nice lady’s, Especially Sam. I ordered a grilled cheese and they were scrumptious as usual, But then she offered me a water! She was so nice. They asked me how I got here and I told them I biked here, They then asked if they wanted to seal up my bag! I politely declined as I was going to eat it here. This starbucks is my go-to.“

“I can’t remember the names of the baristas who helped me. They were 2 young girls! I came in on Jan 28 at 12:44. I just want to say they were so sweet and amazing! Please give them some recognition! Our drinks tasted fabulous better than most Starbucks around me!“

“I'm not a coffee person, but it sounded good last week. The barista's name was Alex.I explained to Alex that I don't often drink coffee, but when I do, I have it very sweet and creamy, and I have NO IDEA what to order.He thought for a moment, and then recommended the White Mocha. I got it with 2% milk, and he absolutely HOSED the top with caramel.Good Lord! This drink is delicious! ?So now, at 48 years old, I'm hooked on Starbucks!I went back today, and a lovely lady named Anajelly made me the same drink & I love it! 5 ?

Parking: It's inside a Target, so there's PLENTY of parking!

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs!“

“We go through the drive-in at 6am every Monday and Wednesday and we are always impressed with how professional the staff are. One young lady has taken a liking to my granddaughter ( our excuse to get in the commuter lane ) and takes extra care to make sure her "drink" is correct?? She goes out of her way to make sure we are good and we appreciate it! Daphne looks forward to saying hi!

“Every time I have came to the Starbucks, I have always gotten exceptional customer service. However, there was a time last week where I completely messed up my order and was so embarrassed because it was totally my fault. I was taken a back at how the situation was handled by an employee named Natalia, she was absolutely amazing and instead of being annoyed
That I messed up my own order she offered to fix it with the biggest smile on her face. I honestly can’t say enough good things because it was a Very short, but yet meaningful encounter thank you so much Natalia for being such a great person And handling everything the way that you did because I know had it been another Starbucks location I could have definitely gotten the side eye (and rightfully so) 🤭 From employees there. Thank you so so much.“

“it was an African-American girl that took my order in the drive-through she had braids. I didn’t get her name. I’m sorry, but she did a really great job With my coffee order! sometimes I can be soft-spoken but she could listen to me. Great customer service here thank you so much guys and sometimes the drive-through is backed up, but they’re very helpful and patient.“

“Customer service in the drive through is always good as for my experience.If orders are incorrect,which does not happen very often,they are corrected with no push back.No one is perfect but Jesus. I'm grateful for their awesome service.“
