I just bought a simple coffee, and it spilled all over my car. They used two cups instead of one for no reason, and the drinking spout wasn’t sealed properly. The lid wasn’t fully closed along the seam, so the coffee leaked everywhere, onto my shirt, my pants, my hands, and all over my car. This was very frustrating and completely avoidable.

Good: Very friendly and helpful staff. No unisex bathrooms.
Bad: Music was loud which made it hard to hear. Also, there were 7 employees and the dining room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours. The tables and floor were very dirty.

Starbucks Coffee Company has a small and quaint location with a busy drive thru window. The customer service is great, with staff being gracious, kind, and generous. They help with orders, such as a medicine ball, and earn stars on the mobile app. The tea and food, including grilled cheese, are delicious. However, the music can be aggressively loud, making it difficult for conversations or work. Some customers have had issues with orders, such as not being heard or receiving incorrect drinks, like a coffee with 1/2 coffee, 1/2 cream. Despite this, the staff, including some exceptional individuals, provide outstanding service, making drinks quickly and efficiently, like making a second latte in a minute and a half.
