Generally, when I stop for teriyaki at small roadside restaurants, I'm used to syrupy, salty sauce on my chicken or salmon. I was startled by how delicious the teriyaki was at Huku Express -- slightly smoky, not syrupy at all, and most importantly, not overly salty. A perfect balance of teriyaki flavoring. The chicken teriyaki bowl came with a mound of excellently steamed rice, carrots and broccoli, and a bit of cooked cabbage. This is definitely my favorite sushi place every order is made fresh and hot and made it so much love that I had to bring the whole family back for dinner. Thank you guys so much for the hospitality
