Their taco spread was a hit with everyone. Guests enjoyed building their own tacos or opting for delicious nachos with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu included juicy asada, tender chicken, and flavorful shrimp, accompanied by four incredible salsas: green, red, pico de gallo, and a tomato-based salsa. The trimmings—lettuce and their special sauce—added the perfect finishing touch.

The food was absolutely delicious, and we received tons of compliments from attendees. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the freshness of the ingredients to the seamless delivery process. They arrived on time, helped set everything up, and ensured it was ready to serve. We requested for the refried beans to not have chorizo for our vegan participants.

Being seated inside the restaurant Gerardo was our waitstaff and we wouldn't have had it any other way! I have never had any waitstaff pay attention to my order like they did. They checked on is everytime they walked by. Our drinks never hit the bottom and our meal was delivered to our table within amazing time for how busy the restaurant was. “I was hungry @ 11am, as a full time Uber driver unfortunately I have to eat out a lot. I have had sandwiches for 3 days in a row I was wanting something different, but this place stood out to me on the Google search list, mostly because I haven't seen a sandwich shop with so many reviews sitting at a 4.8 of 5 rating, with zero 1 & 2 stars.

So, upon entrance, i don't love the atmosphere, it gives cafeteria with fluorescent lighting & push tile ceiling, flat white walls and ZERO decor, not even a picture on any of the walls that I noticed... which is fine, they want to focus on the food then really none of this is a problem.

Their menu, maybe 8 protein choices, maybe 6 kinds of cheese, maybe 6 varieties of bread to choose from, & that's pretty much it... I chose the "Joe's special" which is 1/2 pastrami 1/2 roast beef or.. corned beef I can't remember. Meat warm on cold soft French roll with Swiss.

They don't have any fancy sauces except for mayo & mustard, or really much additional toppings except for lettuce tomato red onion & pickles.. & pepproncinis. It's extremely simple & straight forward, which is actually kind of refreshing. Sandwich I think was around $8 or $9..REALLY great price for the Bay area & it's a BIG portion too.

Then after you order the sandwich, slide on down the station & pick sides if you want, I got the Mac n cheese & the macaroni salad. They were I think $3.69ish each

They did have fountain drinks too which I super appreciate!

I got a small bag of lays chips too

All together my Joe's special sandwich, 2 sides, chips & fountain drink was only $25. Honestly my meal would have been satisfactory with just the sandwich & the drink for what, like $11 or $12? Yess.

The sandwich did come with this sort of dark gravy that I LOVED as well.

“I am so impressed with this bakery! They are phenomenal! I ordered two dozen patron cupcakes and a 3 tier margarita cake which not only came out exactly how I imagined and even better than the picture I gave them for reference, it also tasted AMAZING!

The cupcakes and cake were so tasty and I am not really a cupcake or cake girl but these were dangerously delicious! Not to mention the price was not bad at all!! It was significantly less than what I thought they were going to charge me. They really deserve more than 5 stars honestly! We've made a lot of good friends there just from seeing people regularly and then getting to know them more. We will say bring your jacket because 90 percent of the time it's colder than a penguin's flipper even when it's cold outside.

“GV Cellars has for many years been a family favorite winary in the Livermore Valley.On my recent visit I was saddened to learn that they could no longer provide tastings because the county demanded unconditional ADA compliance.Those who follow my reviews know I am a handicapped traveler seriously committed to appropriate access for visitors with disabilities. Prior to Covid the County had accepted GV Cellars had accepted their providing HC tasting in the ground floor barrel room or out side. For a historic agricultural facility, this is a perfectly reasonable approach. The County is now demanded demanding that they install a Grossl expensive elevator to the former second floor tasting room.As a retired federal ADA compliance officer and town Historical Preservation Commissioner I know that reasonable accommodations are well within the ADA. Let GV Cellars return to its excellent visitor experience.Fortunately visitors may still purchase their excellent wines on site and via their wine club.”
