This place is everything Starbucks tried to be and advertises itself as; the food is tasteful and served in small portions, the service is attentive and polite. The wait time is sensible and it helps that you can see what the employees are doing most of the time so you're not stuck wondering what's taking so long. But the ambiance! The atmosphere! My car was getting serviced at Ford and the Service Advisor recommended Journeys. I've never heard of it and decided to try. The atmosphere was really cool and spacious.
