This has been one of my favorite coffee shops for years now. I come here to study hang out and work. The staff is great and always provide a happy cheerful experience by saying hello as soon as you walk in. This place is a gem and the locations are always so nice and clean with easy to access outlets for laptop charging and working long hours. This place is a gem and the food is pretty great too. My favorite is the ultimate breakfast sandwich wrap w a spinach wrap. Kalani recommends the best drinks

For as long as we have lived in Fairfield, we have never been here. Definitely our loss! Great place with great food and service. We will definitely bookmark this for future food enjoyment.

I was so excited to finally make it to Journeys, I heard the matcha was a must try. I come from Elk Grove and was visiting family in Fairfield. First impressions: plenty of parking, aesthetics upon entering establishment were beautiful. Very clean and open. I ordered a total of 6 Matcha drinks (regular, strawberry & mint) Macy was working the register and did not seem happy. I was not greeted with a hello or warm welcome and upon completion of payment, she tossed my card over the screen. No apology or thank you. No time given of approximate time it will take, she just walked off. The drinks did not take long at all to make and these by far are the best I've had. Although the drinks were delicious, I would not be returning to this establishment. The rudeness of Macy is not worth it. It's totally sad that these small establishments suffer due to their front staff lacking the knowledge of customer service.

It was OK, overpriced sandwich which took too long. Ingredients themselves were also just ok tasting. They had lots of options. Staff was friendly but not too attentive. Very nice quiet space to read/study, plenty of seating

Took 15 minutes to get 2 seasonal latte's. Garbages were full and floors were dirty. Overpriced as well. I'll stick with Starbucks.

My wife usually orders breakfast for me and I pick it up b from this place, I happen to stop by today for lunch and they have beautiful food great service and the director is an amazing lady. Great enthusiasm and always cordial and kind. I recommend this any any age.

Nice little coffee stop with a great view of One Lake. Big glass windows means everyone gets that great view. Big open space as well. Next time I'll try getting something to eat as well

A great coffee shop should be quick/efficient, friendly, clean, make quality beverages, and offer a space that is what it reports to be. In other words, if it’s cozy, have couches and nooks - and if it’s super hipster fine to have metal chairs and exposed ducting - just be what you are.Journey did basically none of this.It took a solid four minutes from the time between when I walked in and the person in front of me in line was acknowledged. Then they spent quite a while with her before greeting me. No acknowledgement I waited.Then 10 minutes later, my latte still wasn’t ready. I nicely inquired. I was brusquely told they hadn’t gotten to it yet.5 minutes later my latte appeared. It was absurdly sweet and had little other flavor.The bathroom was out of paper towels. The WiFi barely worked.I left annoyed for having stopped.

My car was getting serviced at Ford and the Service Advisor recommended Journeys. I've never heard of it and decided to try. The atmosphere was really cool and spacious. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and was told about 10-15 minutes and it was more like 20 and I had to keep checking because I didn't hear my name when they put an order up. I saw a teenager who came in after me pick up an order, so I went to check on mine and he mistakenly picked up mine. The service for food needs a little refinement but the food was good as was the tea.
