“Im like 3 months late leaving this review, but I made sure to save this location because I didn't want to forget how great the service was.
My parents and I stopped by and didnt realized it was five minutes before closing, and I know that's usually the time when employees are trying to finish cleaning and get ready to go home. I felt bad so I asked the barista what can they still make right now since i figured they cleaned everything already, I was expecting him to say only a few items were available, but instead he smiled and said they could make anything on the menu. I wish I remembered his name but I do remember he had purple hair.
Both baristas were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them, even though we came in right before closing.
Also when my dad came out of the restroom and asked if his iced coffee had creamer. I realized I had accidentally ordered it without cream so I told him we can switch coffee but the baristas
overheard us and immediately offered to remake it with cream. He didn't have to do that, especially so close to closing, but he did it with such kindness.
That level of customer service is rare and says a lot about the people working here. The coffee was great, but what I'll remember most is how genuinely kind and accommodating those two baristas were. If either of them sees this, thank you for making our visit such a positive experience. It may have been a small gesture to you, but it really left a lasting impression on me.“

“Me and my boyfriend always get a passion ice tea with a specific amount of pumps in it, and this Starbucks is VERY accurate and always does what the customers ask. I love this Starbucks and how accurate and friendly they are. I drive to this one even though it’s 20 minutes away because the 4 near me suck, PERIODDDD.“

“I love this coffee shop and the vibe but the hiurs honestly are very disappointing. It closes way to early for such a beautiful location with a park and a lake. Many people have been unhappy about the hours. If possible it should remain open till at least 10 pm. You would definitely get more traffic and business.“

With a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, you'll always feel welcome. If you're lucky, you may even be treated to a karaoke performance by the staff or other patrons. Can accommodate 1 person up to a large group. Cash, credit or meal card. Dine-in and to-go available, but no delivery.“

“I am in Fairfield every few months. When I am in Fairfield, I always have pupusas at Jalapeños. The chips and salsa are tasty, the coffee and pupusas are good. The curdito is very nice, finely chopped and lightly spiced. The best is the tomato sauce served warm in the morning. Everywhere else serves pupusas with tomato sauce cold from a refrigerator. Warm sauce is a wonderful treat. The service is always pleasant and prompt. When I know I will be in Fairfield, I look forward to pupusas at Jalapeños.“
