These stars are important to the company and employees I will not take away from one mistake one person did this visit when any other time it's been 5 stars the rest of the year or many other visits .........There problem at night is that they REFRY THERE FRENCH FRIES.....AND this is a mistake that maybe a manager has told them to do so with out bashing the whole store for one person or upper management idea to do this to it's French fries.....,. The food was decent although it did have some harder bits in it but for being a fast food chain it was great. The service was ok it took them a long minute to have my food to me so that's why it was rated 4 stars and the lady just didn't seem to want to be there she didn't have a smile she just was dead inside which I get being a fast food workers but at least greet the customers with a smile. Last and least the atmosphere there was garbage everywhere there were homeless people...read full review
