“My son (47) and I (78) went there today. It recently opened. No one there except an Indian woman and man. It is their place. Nothing is prepared until you order. The fish is very hot when delivered to your table. The fries are great and properly salted. The onion rings were a disappointment. The cold slaw was just cabbage with mayo. The portions are adequate. Soft drinks in a can. We like to go to small, family restaurants. We will not be going back to this one.“
“Man the 4x4 is good. I forgot the name and the lady helped me straight away. Fries to quality. The only issue is the location is quite small and can get very crowded very fast. Specially the toilet, which is tiny. I would say the food quality is above others in n “
“Fast food stop right off Interstate 80. We usually stop here on the way from San Jose to Nevada County. It is an easy hop on/hop off stop. We usually order breakfast or the seafood tacos. The staff are friendly and service is quick. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. They have outside tables so we can sit and have a taco with our dogs on the patio. Great for a quick rest stop, walk the dogs and a quick bite to eat.“
“Very small location that gets lots of customers during the lunch hour. You get to see your meal cooked right in front of you as you mesmerize over their large variety of shakes menu and smell the grilled onions getting a glaze before going on your burger of choice. You can get a regular burger, cheese burger or chilli cheeseburger. Some burgers are served open facet depending on what gets put on them. The grilled cheese is made on a round style of bread and their tots are cooked to a nice little crunch. Everything was just a perfect amount of portions and a good consistency on their shakes. Good spot to take the family or team for a good ole bite to eat.“
“This togos shop saved me on a road trip this weekend! I haven't eaten at Togo's in many years because I think chain sandwich shops are subpar compared to mom & pop shops and delis, so normally when I'm craving a sandwich I always go to one of those. However sometimes on the road the only convenient options are popular fast food chains. This was the case when we stopped in Fairfield on Sunday to charge the car near a Denny's and in n out. My stomach can't handle the grease of places like in n out, and I'm also gluten intolerant, so I thought I was SOL and would have to eat a granola bar. I saw there was a togos in the shopping center but I figured there was no way a place like that would have GF bread. Maybe I could get some kind of lettuce wrap though. But lo and behold, they now offer a gluten free wrap!!! I ordered my 6 inch wrap sandwich on their app for about $14. Seems very pricey, I pay the same at the mom & pop shops I normally go to. But what food isn't super expensive in California these days? So I can't blame them. I ordered on the website, not sure if that affected the price. When I walked over to pick up my sandwich, there was a sign on the door saying they were closing early for Diwali and my heart sank for a second, before I realized it was still 2 hours until the closing time. Phew! The worker was just finishing up my wrap when I arrived. Perfect timing. This was the best sandwich I've ever had from a chain shop. The ingredients were chopped which I wasn't expecting, but that was actually great and prevented the super annoying problem of ingredients not being properly dispersed in a sandwich and all piled high in the middle and none at the ends. The ingredients in this wrap were really nicely dispersed. The only thing that sucked was the bacon which was super dry and overdone. I wish they would've just left that out and said they were out of bacon. But oh well, I was just so happy to be able to eat something that was otherwise quite tasty and didn't make me feel gross afterwards. Thank you Fairfield Togos on holiday lane for saving me from hangry-ness!“
“Team was great customer service! Shoutout to The gentleman that made my number 65 Portebella chicken cheesesteak! That was the best sub I’ve ever had at any Jersey mikes! I give that a 20/10 nobody even comes close. I wish this location was in my hometown of Sacramento cuz they do a great job here!“
“A friend and I went through the drive through and were impressed by how efficiently and quickly they moved the line. The lady that took our order at the car window was friendly and helpful in making a decision about an item. The mango passion iced tea, which seems to be a seasonal item, was amazing.“
“Great Tacos!!! they're$getting smaller almost three dollars each. Still chrispy or soft and worth the price. The junior chicken Burrito was really good and only $6.99. For for $10 you can get a good chicken burrito and a taco. Drink water just ask for the cup.Parking: Parking in back..lotsWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Taco Express is actually pretty amazing. There's so many good options. They have food truck quality burritos and restaraunt quality dishes. The place doesn't look great, but if you're looking for some great mexican fast food, this is the place. The crunchy tacos are soooo good by the way. A must try.“
“I've been to this location several times now, and it's definitely my favorite store. I order online, and every time, the crew gets my order correctly. The food is fresh and neatly packed. The store is clean, and the crew is professional.“
“Normally I enjoy coming here. They don't mess up orders very often.. They gave my food to the wrong person in one occasion and I've been coming here for a year. The thing that does bother me is when I Dine in and I have to wait for 10 cars in the drive-thru to get their food first (20 min wait). the staff is nice and the burgers don't look like they got stepped on and handed to you. Nice and clean place to eat“
“Hot Dog on a Stick has been a staple in the world of fast food for as long as I can remember, and my recent visit reminded me why it has stood the test of time. Nestled in a bustling shopping mall, this bright and cheerful kiosk beckoned me with its mouthwatering promise of hot dogs and fresh-squeezed lemonade. Here's my take on the Hot Dog on a Stick experience.Food (★★★★☆):The star of the show is, of course, their namesake hot dog on a stick. Whether you opt for the classic turkey or veggie dog or venture into the realm of cheese on a stick, the combination of savory, slightly salty, and slightly sweet flavors will hit the spot. The cornmeal breading is crisp and golden, adding a satisfying crunch that complements the juicy hot dog inside. It's simple, but it works. The portion size is generous, making it a satisfying snack or a quick meal option.Lemonade (★★★★☆):Hot Dog on a Stick is also renowned for its fresh-squeezed lemonade, and rightfully so. The lemonade is tart, sweet, and refreshingly cold, making it a perfect companion to the hot dog. It's a bit on the sweet side for my taste, but it's easily customizable with extra lemon or water upon request.Service (★★★☆☆):The service at Hot Dog on a Stick is efficient but not particularly memorable. The staff is friendly and gets the orders out quickly, which is great for a fast-food joint. However, it's the kind of place where you order at the counter and take your food to go, so don't expect a fine-dining experience.Atmosphere (★★★☆☆):As it's often located in malls, the atmosphere is casual and bustling. Seating areas are typically minimal, so it's not the ideal place for a leisurely meal. Nevertheless, the vibrant color scheme and the iconic Hot Dog on a Stick uniforms add a fun touch to the dining experience.Value for Money (★★★★☆):Hot Dog on a Stick offers good value for the quality and quantity of food you receive. While it may not be the healthiest option out there, it's a tasty and satisfying indulgence that won't break the bank.Final Thoughts:Hot Dog on a Stick is a reliable choice for a quick and delicious bite, especially if you're in the mood for a classic hot dog with a twist. While it may not offer gourmet dining or a unique culinary experience, it excels in delivering what it promises: a tasty, affordable, and nostalgic treat. Whether you're shopping at the mall or simply craving a guilty pleasure, Hot Dog on a Stick is sure to hit the spot.“
“I love the way they took my order, my food was hot, fresh made, I really loved itVegetarian options: Are hot dogs that to be honest are made of all vegetables.Parking: They have plenty parking spotsKid-friendliness: They have the chair for kids, the tables have a fair space to put the chairs for kids“
“Service was really good today as I was leaving the drive-through I totally spaced about my iced coffee and I was like getting ready to leave the parking lot and the employee was so sweet she ran outside to hand me my drink it's the little things for me“
“The combination burrito ? was excellent and tasted just like I remembered it, however the ground beef taco was too crispy and did not have enough parmesan cheese on it. Overall the meal was great and I will be returning next time I am in the area. Also, I highly recommend trying the creme filled churros, they are amazing.“
“Love this place too much. I moved to Fairfield from Oakland and was afraid I wouldn’t find a new favorite spot but I did in La Costa Azul! Their workers are super sweet and professional whether you’re ordering out or eating in! The Carne Asada fries es MUY MUY BUENO “
