“I went to Arby’s last night for dinner an I have to give Charles and Jacob a huge complement! They both did an excellent job with customer service. Charles took my order over the drive thru speak and Jacob gave me my order at the window. They were both very polite and accommodating to my requests. Fast food places need more staff like these two. “My brother, my niece, and I always stop by this restaurant to grab burgers and fries on the weekends. The employees never fail to prepare and cook the burgers perfectly. Honestly, their burgers are way better than those at some of the other burger joints around. They also pack them with a generous amount of fries. The employees are really cool people, too. I will definitely stop by every chance I get.“

Even though we don't live on that side of town anymore we still make our weekly visit. The customer service from all of the employees is great. We really enjoy this facility .“

“I have been visiting this location for over two decades. Back when OG Vera from HP was taking orders at the front counter. The staff has consistently been friendly the entire time I've been going here. I live close by and my youngest daughter loves her black beans and nacho fries.

Please bring back some of the discontinued menu items like the double decker and encherido.“

“Ordered 2 + 2. Received a leg and thigh, Mac & cheese , mashed potatos and gravy with a biscuit. I was told they had iced tea but all they had was instant tea sweetened with raspberry. Ordered to eat in but was given a bag to go. No utensils or napkins. Chicken was good, Mac & cheese was ok, biscuit was a little dry and came with no butter or jelly. Will not get the potatos again; not bad just not to my taste. Restaurant clean but small.“

“Was lightweight disappointed with the drive thru clerks lack of customer service for my 3 year old daughter! She throughly enjoys going through the drive thru not only bc she loves French fries but more so I believe, she loves saying “hello & good bye” to the clerks taking our money & giving us our food! To her, LOL they’re probably one of her favorite people (aside from me of course lol) bc they serve us her favorite little snack! To my surprise when I rolled down her window so she could say hello, he ignored her. I know this bc when she growled & I looked at her in the rear view mirror & she had a confused look on her face (bc usually wherever we go the person at the window lights up & says hello!) so I told her to say hello a little louder maybe he couldn’t hear you! So she LOL screamed “ I said hello” as he was handing me the fries & he again he said nothing & shut the window! I told her he still probably couldn’t hear her bc he was busy working & quickly distracted her with the French fries! I can’t lie I was more then a little frustrated & disappointed that when: we chose Wendy’s out of all the fast food restaurants in that area, when we live in Vallejo but were just passing time/passing through waiting for her mom to get off, & I asked her where she wanted to go (McDonald’s, Burger King, or Wendy’s) and she chose Wendy’s all for terrible service to her! Needless to say we won’t go to that Wendy’s again! Some restaurants, markets,& shops at times don’t realize how BIG some of the smallest details can be, & how they make a huge difference for us parents but more importantly can give a bad impression to a possible little-future-lifetime-customer in our daughter…..“

“I haven't been to El Pollo Loco in FOREVER, but recently I decided to make a drive over there and it was a great decision. I ordered a Burrito, the Queso Crunch double chicken bowl, Chips & Queso, Loco Side Salad, and a small Mac N Cheese. It was all DELICIOUS. “We drove up to this spot to get some childhood LJS nostalgia. Hit juuust right. When you walk in there's no sudden gust of straight hot musty oil slapping you in the face, iykyk. Seats could be upgraded, but it felt like the og vibe, so we weren't even mad about it. We had a few bites before we left, and they were so kind to ask if we needed plates to sit and eat. The employees are hella chill. I thought it was Christmas the way they made sure to check everything twice. All of the food we received was cooked perfectly, and I'd definitely make the trip back up. 10/10.“

Thier chicken sandwiches are very good as well. Just dont forget to order a nice ice cold beverage to wash everything down because they sure have a varity. We recommend the LEMONADES. We also love POPEYES because their hours they stay open late.
