“Let's start with the service.
Super nice, friendly older man behind the counter helped me pick an item when I told him it was my first time visiting; ordered the Birria Taco plate.
Food came quickly. Rice and beans were very good. Tacos looked absolutely mouth watering, but unfortunately were boring. The cheese was excellent, as was the tortillas, but the Birria meat was almost flavorless and the cup of dipping sauce was basically onion water. Maybe those air force folks can't take any heat, but I would at least expect a strong Birria flavor.
I really wanted to love this place as much as the locals, but maybe I'm too spoiled.
I'll be back and try the carne asada. Everything else but the meat was very good.“

“Drove past the Taquitos La Bombonera while on my way out to the Pinkflapper Ranch, out there off Peabody road where I needed to show the women there how to reset the reverberator on their Squirt-O-Matic device. I seems to me I remember that these devices go out of tune about every 1500 hours, and I'll tell you...these gals are pumpin it!
Well, I got that thing humming and wiggling around like Sandra Bernhardt at a all girls school prom! It was quite the sight, but to be honest about it...I couldn't get outa there fast enough!

“We recently had the pleasure of working with Taqueria Mi Mezcal in Fairfield for a team-building event catering for 35 people, and once again, they exceeded our expectations!

Their taco spread was a hit with everyone. Guests enjoyed building their own tacos or opting for delicious nachos with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu included juicy asada, tender chicken, and flavorful shrimp, accompanied by four incredible salsas: green, red, pico de gallo, and a tomato-based salsa. The trimmings—lettuce and their special sauce—added the perfect finishing touch.

The food was absolutely delicious, and we received tons of compliments from attendees. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the freshness of the ingredients to the seamless delivery process. They arrived on time, helped set everything up, and ensured it was ready to serve. We requested for the refried beans to not have chorizo for our vegan participants.

This wasn’t our first time working with Taqueria Mi Mezcal, and it certainly won’t be our last. Their exceptional customer service, punctuality, and consistently outstanding food make them a go-to choice for any event.

“This taco bell is in a good location off the freeway. Plenty of parking. All taco bells are now kiosk order only. I don't care particularly but hey its a new Era we are living in. As far as the food it's taco bell as usual. You get what you get.“
