​My cousin and I arrived close to closing time, yet the team couldn't have been more welcoming. Caleb and Ron were exceptionally accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain the differences between table and wine grapes, shared the rich history of the Lanza family and the winery, and even gave us a quick walk-through of the winemaking process.

“If I could give this cafe 100 stars I would! It is a local family-owned business and the couple that runs the cafe makes you feel at home. They have a wide selection of pastries and sandwiches! Everything is made to order. Coming to this cafe is the best part of my day!“

“We had a great experience at The Landing at Village 360. It is rare to find a restaurant in our area that takes gluten-free dining seriously. They have a dedicated gluten-free fryer, excellent gluten-free pizzas, and hands down the best gluten-free cheesecake I’ve ever had. It’s clear the staff understands celiac safety protocols. We’ll definitely be back!

A couple of suggestions that would make an already great experience even better:

Please consider adding high chairs. My wife and I had to take turns holding our baby throughout the meal, which made it difficult to enjoy eating together.

It would also be nice to see a halal protein option added to the menu. Halal lamb or beef is widely available through most restaurant supply distributors and would make the restaurant even more welcoming to a broader range of guests.

Overall, a great place to eat in the area with outstanding gluten-free options. Highly recommended!“

“Im like 3 months late leaving this review, but I made sure to save this location because I didn't want to forget how great the service was.
My parents and I stopped by and didnt realized it was five minutes before closing, and I know that's usually the time when employees are trying to finish cleaning and get ready to go home. I felt bad so I asked the barista what can they still make right now since i figured they cleaned everything already, I was expecting him to say only a few items were available, but instead he smiled and said they could make anything on the menu. I wish I remembered his name but I do remember he had purple hair.
Both baristas were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them, even though we came in right before closing.
Also when my dad came out of the restroom and asked if his iced coffee had creamer. I realized I had accidentally ordered it without cream so I told him we can switch coffee but the baristas
overheard us and immediately offered to remake it with cream. He didn't have to do that, especially so close to closing, but he did it with such kindness.
That level of customer service is rare and says a lot about the people working here. The coffee was great, but what I'll remember most is how genuinely kind and accommodating those two baristas were. If either of them sees this, thank you for making our visit such a positive experience. It may have been a small gesture to you, but it really left a lasting impression on me.“

“I came here with my close friend to visit her child, and we shared this barbecue meal together. Overall, it was a good experience. As someone who is one-quarter Korean, I may have higher expectations when it comes to Korean food, so I can be a little picky. But for being in the U.S., I think this was definitely a satisfying Korean BBQ meal.

“I and four friends came to Heritic Brewery for lunch. We used to come here for lunch often when the business was locally owned. This was our first visit since it was sold to Calicraft. I ordered a Shallow Grave and BLT. The Shallow grave was as good as I remembered, and everyone enjoyed their sandwiches. Service was good.“

“I love this coffee shop and the vibe but the hiurs honestly are very disappointing. It closes way to early for such a beautiful location with a park and a lake. Many people have been unhappy about the hours. If possible it should remain open till at least 10 pm. You would definitely get more traffic and business.“

“On 11/17/21 my friends and I stopped at the Fairfield Panera. It was an absolutely wonderful customer service experience in addition to excellent food. Nadia greeted us and took our orders and checked later to see how we were doing. She was genuinely gracious and attentive. We all complimented her and their team. We met her manager as well to convey our appreciation for their quality food and extraordinary service. This location is one that I will enjoy visiting again.“

“Normally I enjoy coming here. They don't mess up orders very often.. They gave my food to the wrong person in one occasion and I've been coming here for a year. The thing that does bother me is when I Dine in and I have to wait for 10 cars in the drive-thru to get their food first (20 min wait). the staff is nice and the burgers don't look like they got stepped on and handed to you.
