“I was on my way out to the Flanders Ranch to see my old pal Ned about letting loose with the Highboy Bucket Top Bluesywinger he never uses anymore, when I see him pulling into the Landing restaurant! So I whipped it in there too, and enjoyed a perfectly cooked stand alone ham and cheese omelet! Let me tell you...not everyone can get something as simple as an omelet done just right, but the Landing sure can that's for sure! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆“

This guy just slices that meat and keeps on piling it on. Their oven in the back will handle tons of briskets at the same time, it is a convayer belt oven made to keep producing the meet. We had the roast beef and I want back to American cheese which I probably should not have because the roast beef is so delicate that artificial flavor changed the flavor a little. The sandwich comes with Aju and canned green beens, the best flavor ever. Time warp, it was downtown Fairfield and it was empty but this place was busy. Loved it, came here 15 years ago and will go back, been there for years and years.“

“Where to start. We became members about a year ago. 3 of 4 times we came in, the service was less than stellar. Wine was fantastic so we decided to keep up the membership. We literally today 12/20/25 was going to be our last visit as members, as we would just buy bottles here and there. We came in and Erica was who greeted us. She was real, transparent, and her customer service was great. She stated she was new, and apologized for taking a little extra time on the orders. The fact that she acknowledged us, kept a smile on her face, and even remembered me for the wine bottle order when we moved outside was great. I'm keeping our membership because of her. While, it may not matter to the winery as a whole, one employees service and just being a real person and a good human, meant a lot to us. “Came here last weekend for a family dinner and we had an absolute blast ! Servers and manger were so friendly! the atmosphere is a lot of fun there’s a good selection of music that plays and the place is well lit. i must note that it was very well ventilated! some KBBQ places can get kinda smokey and cloudy but this wasn’t an issue at all.

Service was consistently quick both for receiving new rounds of food and for switching grills out or adjusting the heat. i will say once they get busy you may have to just flag one of them down instead of using the call button. But that being said we were still checked on frequently :)

Food was fresh, delicious, and the cuts of meat were wonderful. Seafood was fresh and wonderful as well. So thankful for a yummy and reputable KBBQ place to visit that isn’t across the bridge ! Will be back again 😊“

“Drove past the Taquitos La Bombonera while on my way out to the Pinkflapper Ranch, out there off Peabody road where I needed to show the women there how to reset the reverberator on their Squirt-O-Matic device. I seems to me I remember that these devices go out of tune about every 1500 hours, and I'll tell you...these gals are pumpin it!
