“A wonderful spot for a relaxed, informative wine tasting. My husband enjoyed the Classic Flight, and I loved the Blind Flight—it was fun, eye‑opening, and helped me discover a new favorite. Alvaro, the owner, is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely personable, making the whole experience feel warm and engaging. We left with new wine knowledge and a couple of bottles to take home. Highly recommend!“

In addition to a large selection of high quality wines. The cave tunnels were fun and our taste for cheese etc was hidden away in a private luxury area! We also learned a lot! “Once in a while, you come across a place that just feels right, taste wonderful, and you walk away with a smile from ear to ear. This is one of those places.
First time visitor, and definitely not my last, even though I do not live in the area.
I tried another well known bakery in the area and it didn’t quite hit the right note, but Moulin does.
From the location which is tucked away in the middle of a retail complex to the “new” coffee shop / bakery vibe, to the friendly staff, to the outdoor seating, and to the visually and tasteful pasties and cappuccino, everything is on point.
Cappuccino was served in the appropriate size and hit the right caffeine note. The pastries were not too sweet but oh so flaky and wonderful with each bite.
We loved it so much that we started with 4 items and ended up buying 8 more for the road.
Of special note. the passionfruit flan was delightful. Tangy, bright, and sweet in flavor.
This is a must visit!!!!“

“Happened upon this gem and was not disappointed. We didn’t have long, so we did a tasting in the downstairs bar versus their rooftop option and really enjoyed our experience. Sarah was very sweet and helpful and really passionate about the wines they make. Patrick took the time to check on us and make sure we were having a great experience. I highly recommend the people and the wine. Will be putting in an order once we get home. Their wines were by far the best we had while in Napa.“

“We came on Valentines Day without a reservation. We were welcomed and shown to a lovely bench/arbor area with a view of the Cabernet vineyard. Our server, Charlie was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We asked and learned the history of the winery and it's owner, Ernie. The wine was complex and enjoyable. We had a nice chat with the chickens as well. (Their coop is behind the tasting area and we were encouraged to take our wine with us). They have some fun and interesting sculptures and windchime. Overall, a charming place with a personal touch and wines worth tasting.“

“On our visit to Napa we stopped here for a coffee and a piece of chocolate banana bread. It was so good we stopped the next day for breakfast. The place is cute, the staff is friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! Homemade corned beef hash and short rib omelette! The salad I ordered with omelette was equally fresh and delicious! “We had the pleasure of meeting Sam, with Sleeping Giant at the Fairmont Sonoma for their evening wine tasting, but after tasting Sleeping Giant’s wines, Sam was kind enough to find a time for us to come back the following day for a private tasting.

It was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences of our entire trip and really set the bar high for the rest of our Sonoma adventure. We spent so much time talking about wine, Sam’s family and their story, and the entire winemaking process. His passion and knowledge made the experience feel incredibly personal and special.

The wine was fantastic, the conversation was even better, and the personal attention was something we’ll remember for a long time.

We couldn’t recommend Sleeping Giant more highly if you’re visiting the Sonoma/Napa area. If you’re looking for great wine, genuine hospitality, and an experience that feels truly personal, this is a must-visit.

Lately I’ve been getting their deal on door dash of 12 tacos delivered in a pizza box with a thank you sticker - they also are the sweetest individuals making innovative delicious food and specialize in Birria but everything is incredibly crafted! “This was the last winery we toured while in Napa and it did not disappoint!

Upon entrance in their main building you’re greeted with friendly staff and served a glass of wine (which we ended up buying one of these bottles because it was so good) and were then paired up with two other couples (from NJ and IL) and our host, Simon.

Simon made this tour exceptional! He was friendly, informative and most of all his personality is what made all 6 of wanting to spend the rest of the afternoon there chatting and having fun.

The wines we tasted progressively got better and better. The caves were impressive and learning about the history was great.

After the tour we sat down in their patio which was equally impressive with all the arches with vines growing throughout. It was absolutely beautiful! They served our group our pizza (which they asked what we would like before the tour) and some tater tots with dipping sauce. This food was icing on the cake after the wonderful tour with our outstanding host, Simon.

Yep, we ended up having a few bottles shipped home as we loved this wine so much. Can’t wait for it to arrive.
