The service was exceptional. And the tasting was exceptional. The location, food, and service was beyond what I expected. I'll admit I didn't even like wine before this. But there were 3 I enjoyed which changed my perspective. I can't wait to come back. Thank you guys, very much appreciated.
From my first wine tasting in 1972 at Louis Martini Winery in St Helena until now with almost 55 years in the wine industry this has been one of my most memorial tastings. Just being with family on a warm spring day in the Napa Valley hosted by a neighbor and friend at his family winery was a very personal, warm and generous experience. Based on the reviews, Prime Solum Tasting Barn offers an exceptional experience. The location, food, and service are beyond what guests expected. The tasting is top notch, with very well crafted Reds and a surprising Cabernet Blanc. The wines are all delicious and amazing, making it hard to pick a favorite. The atmosphere is beautiful yet casual, making for a very comfortable experience. The hosts are knowledgeable, friendly, passionate, lively, informative, and fun. The venue is conveniently located across from Silverado Resort, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Guests found the tour of the caves and the tasting outside to be wonderful. It is a great place to learn about and enjoy great wines, especially for the novice.
