It was my first time driving to Napa. I didn’t make reservations because I thought with over 500 wineries, I could just walk in or make an appointment. This was not the case!!! Black Stallion was the ONLY place that welcomed walk ins. The estate is huge, beautiful, and has a comfortable relaxed vibe. Did I mention beautiful!!! And the wine was incredible!!! Had the most amazing time. Hands down, my fav Napa winery. William was the most witty human being I’ve ever met. We laughed from start to finish while tasting the bold, juicy, crisp wines we are still thinking about. The grounds are gorgeous, the hospitality is top notch. Will def recommend and will be back!

Black Stallion Estate Winery is a great winery located just a short distance from downtown Napa along the Silverado Trail. The building and grounds are very well kept and tucked in amongst their vineyards. They make very good wine, with lots of rich but well balanced red wines and a good share of white wines. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings, and some have even had a great lunch out on the mezzanine. The staff is generally very friendly and helpful, although some have had mixed experiences with the service. The winery is a great place for group events and small intimate gatherings, and many visitors have joined the wine club to continue enjoying their wines. The grounds are gorgeous, with a beautiful facility and stunning high-end Cabernets. Visitors can also taste grapes off the vines around the outdoor patio. Overall, Black Stallion Estate Winery is a gem in Napa Valley and a great place to relax and experience Napa, with a unique and fun experience that includes wine tastings and a charcuterie plate.
