“Having been to Napa five years in a row, this was among one of the top wineries we've experienced. Not only are the grounds extremely beautiful and well maintained, the staff is polite, knowledgeable and very professional, and the wine, snacks and service are all top notch. To elaborate -

We booked the Signature Tasting outdoors. Upon arrival we sat in the garden lounge area and since it was a chilly morning, the staff brought us blankets for warmth. It's the little details like this that make a place memorable and was so appreciated. We were also provided with fresh pistachios, the most delightful marinated olives and bread with Darioush's own olive oil to snack on while we tasted the wines. Each wine we tasted was elegantly described by our host and played well with the flavors of each snack. About halfway through, the clouds burned off and we were able to get the full picture of how stunning this winery is with a bright blue sky behind it. If the architecture alone doesn't wow you, the experience will. Once finished, we were able to wander around inside and do a little shopping. The items for sale were quite gorgeous and unique, and the staff did an excellent job of helping us find what we wanted.

We were very happy from beginning to end and can't wait to visit again for a more detailed tour of the winery & production. Thank you to the whole Darioush team!”

“This is the best steakhouse in Napa and it's not even close. You'll love the courteous staff service. The ambiance is amazing. I came during dinner time and while it was raining. So, I didn't sit outside. I took a seat at the bar. I waited for my friend Ray. Apparently everyone there knows him, so I got the VIP treatment. I started the same as I always do at a new place: Clam chowder and an old fashioned. This was a top clam chowder... EVER. I've been all over the US and to 17 countries. This was so good. The prevention was very good for a soup. The old fashioned was very tasty with the perfect amount of sweetness, but still plenty strong. I ordered a poke salad (which isnt on the menu), along with a Rose wine. I dont care whats in season or not, I just love a good crisp Rose and this one was absolutely marvelous. The pour size was average. This poke salad is something of legend apparently. They only serve it when there's fresh ingredients. So dont be disappointed if they dont have it upon your visit. It was dark, so the pictures didnt do it justice. Finally, I had the duck confit flatbread: Caramelized Onion ~ Pt. Reyes Blue Cheese ~ Red D'Anjou Pear. This was a masterpiece of flavors in your mouth. I couldn't even finish it. I could tell it came from a wood fired oven and personally turned by the executive chef Marcos. He came out to our bar area to check on us. This is an amazing hidden gem just 7 minutes from Downtown Napa. It's the kind of place that should be in the Michelin guide. Parking - 5/5 time to be served - 5/5 time to be acknowledged - 5/5 quality - 5/5 return value - 5/5 I didnt find any areas of improvement, but I also didnt go to the bathroom like I normally do for all my reviews. I'll check next visit.”

It was all of our first times ever riding the wine train and we enjoyed it, however for the price you pay, you really don’t get your moneys worth (soup, salad, finger/cucumber sandwiches, desserts)and we didn’t even stop to get off the train. Also there really isn’t much to look at fields, a couple stores, construction sites, trailer parks, and few wineries). It’s definitely OVERPRICED! I would do it again if it becomes cheaper though. Maybe offer unlimited wine along with the tea, better food, and something for people celebrating their birthdays. I’m so happy my cousin bought along decorations (vines, rose pedals, 36 lights) to make our area extra cute !!!”

“Dear Jack in the Box on Trancas Ave in Napa, We had a terrible earthquake this morning. Hours later, when it was finally light, my daughter and I looked at our trashed home, we decided we needed food and coffee before we could begin the clean up. We had no power and decided to drive somewhere, anywhere, to find food and coffee. The problem was that the power outage and damage extended far beyond our neighborhood, but throughout the city of Napa. Every store, gas station, retailer was closed, many blocked off with yellow security tape. Then, I spotted your restaurant...open...and turned in. A Jack in the Box employee was letting the people in the line of cars know, they only had coffee. For no charge, with cream and sugar and a smile! Your business was damaged too, and in the middle of clean up. Whoever had the idea to provide this service, is my hero for the day! Thank you so much. Katrena Edman”

The restaurant is very clean, the food is flavorful and staff are super friendly and welcoming (especially Sandhu and Amrit). I honestly haven’t had Indian food this delicious since I visited India. I appreciate the long list of vegetarian and vegan options (which can be challenging to find in our area)…every one I have tried has been beyond my expectations. The blends of spices are complex and layered, giving every dish so much flavor. I highly recommend giving my favorite restaurant on in Napa Valley a try! Five stars for certain!”

The food was amazing. I started with the momos and samosas, paired with a Nepali beer, and the combination absolutely hit the spot.

For the main course, I ordered dal, aloo gobhi, chicken curry, and naan. I especially appreciated that they asked about the spice level. I requested my aloo gobhi to be extra spicy, and they customized it perfectly to my taste.

Everything was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. Love, love, love this place, and I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in Napa again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

We chose Morimoto as we wanted some Asian food given we were eating Italian and other standard fare the other nights. Our large party also had a few vegetarians. Lauren and Shelly were just outstanding in helping me design a custom veg menu for part of our group, starting a month before, which we requested be served family style. We chose a large table on the patio and it was set up well with printed menus for veg and non-veg folks. Jose was our lead server and he was so pleasant and did everything to help ensure that each of our request were met. AJ who was there in the evening, during our dinner, was a delight and indulged us by taking photos from all different angles. This entire team at Morimoto who took care of our large party was just simply amazing-professional, warm and thoughtful from pre dinner planning to onsite attention. Thank you to all of them! The food was exceptional and even the vegetarians loved each of their appetizers and entrees. The chocolate bombe dessert was incredible. All drinks incredible. Couldn’t have asked for anything more to make our evening so good. They also provide heaters on patio if needed and we didn’t need them until dessert time. Thank you!!”

Idk if this location is owned and operated by a family but it feels very family every time I come. I know the “free soda” is complimentary if you pick up instead of delivery but it feels like they are “hooking it up” because our families go way back… which they don’t. But I gotta say the root beer taste better when it feels like a hook up.”

“A wonderful spot for a relaxed, informative wine tasting. My husband enjoyed the Classic Flight, and I loved the Blind Flight—it was fun, eye‑opening, and helped me discover a new favorite. Alvaro, the owner, is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely personable, making the whole experience feel warm and engaging. The property is absolutely beautiful, and we had a fantastic tasting experience. Even as someone who isn't usually a big fan of champagne, the experience was still wonderful. Our server was sweet, attentive, and accommodating. We sat outside on the terrace, which was perfect even though it was scorching hot this weekend, getting to enjoy those stunning vineyard views made it completely worth it. If you’re a fan of sparkling wine and beautiful views, I highly recommend checking them out!”

“This place is excellent. It has a good handful selection of local and eclectic beers. The wine was also excellent. It’s in a strip mall outside of the main town town drag but it’s definitely a great vibe. Is where the local winery staff usually end up to have a good time. We had the cheese and meat tray and it was awesome. Has a great patio outside that seats probably 40. It is up against the busy street but that won’t ruin your vibe. We went to the Saint Claire winery before this and Max who is tending bar there told us about this spot. Definitely a good spot if you want to get out of the mainstream And if you want great wine and a good beer selection.”

“Felt like having boba after dinner in Napa and found this spot. It's tucked away in a quiet corner of the Napa outlets so it's a little tricky to find. But once I got there, I was greeted with a warm smile and an eagerness to serve!

They have a lot of flavors you'd find at other milk tea places but I saw they had a Pokemon themed drink menu on their counter (not sure if its a limited time thing). I went with the Magikarp, a strawberry and banana flavored milk tea, and added strawberry bursting boba. I'm sure it would be considered too sweet for some but for me, I absolutely loved it! I also loved the satisfying pop of the sweet bursting boba when bitten into. My buddy ordered a peach milk tea with mango bursting boba and he found his to be delicious and refreshing.

“I had Squirrel McFly with me because I told Haggis Lungeater that I'd have his horse stalls cleaned out for helping me set up the Rhoopelders thingie up on top my barn.
The Squirrel cried out about being hungry and wanted to go to the Taco La Michoacana Truck for the Chimichangas because they're the best! I told him okay, get as many as you want because he's only working for 10 bucks an hour anyway, he sets his own price and it always includes a lunch. The Chimichangas were pretty damn good and I highly recommend them. ☆☆☆☆☆”

When your food is served, it tastes like they just finished cooking it - super fresh and vibrant in flavors. Loved the mushrooms! The pasta is made in-house so you can taste the quality. I ordered a small tuna salad sandwich, and the freshness was amazing!! The bread was warm and the tuna salad tasted as it was just made for me. It cannot get fresher than that.
