“First shout out to Jennifer M one of the managers there. She gave great customer service even when the wait time was long and it was a stressful situation with an overwhelming amount of orders. DoorDashing there later is tough due to the layout of the drive through, and that’s not an issue with the employees. People cut, the line can get long, yada yada. There should be a limit on the DoorDash app or at least have a way to put estimated wait times for customers so they know what to expect and to not overwhelm staff. Also TacoBell could set a cap on orders online or do something, ANYTHING to help out their hard working employees.***** They are very short staffed****** so if you come on here complaining about wait times, send in an application and throw on an apron because there was only 1 person working on Everyone’s food.
