This was my 2nd experience at In N Out, this was hands down an incredible experience and the guy Karya working the front made the experience for my wife even better.

He even gave us hats to bring home to our kids.

Hours later, when it was finally light, my daughter and I looked at our trashed home, we decided we needed food and coffee before we could begin the clean up. We had no power and decided to drive somewhere, anywhere, to find food and coffee. The problem was that the power outage and damage extended far beyond our neighborhood, but throughout the city of Napa. Every store, gas station, retailer was closed, many blocked off with yellow security tape. Then, I spotted your restaurant...open...and turned in. A Jack in the Box employee was letting the people in the line of cars know, they only had coffee. For no charge, with cream and sugar and a smile! “Superbowl Sunday was a bust. Almost every order was wrong.Mine was for crispy tacos, and I got soft, then my crispy tacos were the wrong meat.I have enjoyed the food several times, but Sunday was a bad day.I hope they do better next time. I even tried their review process but it was not helpful.“

He was friendly and did a great job of listening to us as we made our sandwich requests. The location was spotless which is not common for fast food chains. Well, I have a friend that knows a guy that went to summer school with the kid that lives down the street from the red haired lady that once dog sat for a vacationing couple that went to junior high with a kid that now owns a gas station in Middletown, ...his neighbors, the Huckleys had a foster kid that knows all the ins and outs of McDonalds and how to conduct a proper coup de'tat...he knows the code words and special gestures that you need to get those special menu items, and these were passed down that chain of people to me, so I know what I'm talking about.“

Did get my order wrong at Jefferson st. location in Napa, which really pissed me off over charged and forgot 3 of my main meals and had to drive all the way back to it there's more to it but whatever Imola st.hasnt done me wrong though.“
