Customer service quality is always top notch -- best friendly staff members ever for a restaurant; rivals even 🐥 fil @, which is a high bar. These employees make you feel welcome and, most importantly, there's always someone at the counter ready to smile and take your order! (Imagine that in 2026). Excellent chain, and this location is a perfect example of that. Also the meal portions are substantial amounts, not uncommon to take home leftovers.“

“I’ve been coming to Chicken Express for over 20+ years. They are known for their Mexican Rotisserie Chicken. You can order plates or family meals. What’s cool about this place is that you can get tortillas, salsas and Spanish rice with your chicken as well as more traditional sides such as coleslaw, garlic bread and potato salad.

I go the 12 pice family meal which came with choice of tortillas or garlic bread and 2 large sides (I got coleslaw and Spanish rice). The chicken was delicious like usual and the coleslaw tastes a lot like KFC’s coleslaw which I like. The garlic bread was a little soggy by the time I brought it home and could benefit from a little more seasoning. The Spanish rice also could be slightly more flavorful. They used to have a salsa bar where you can get your own salsa, but I did not see one and they did not include any in my togo which was disappointing (I did not realize until I got home).

They have a parking lot behind the restaurant with a decent amount of parking, but be aware of your surroundings (particularly as it gets dark) because it’s a little sketchy there due to some homeless hanging out there. This location is on the busy North Texas Street, so pulling out of the parking lot can take a bit if you need to make a left turn to go east on North Texas St.

If you want some delicious rotisserie chicken, this is the place to go. They have locations in Fairfield, Suisun and Vallejo. The least sketchy location would be at the Suisun location.“

“A little off the freeway if you don’t live in Fairfield like us, but was so worth it. Fresh, delicious, carefully prepared and wrapped. I’m not a big eater but I finished an entire Dave’s single and frosty. And then kept taking bites of my husband’s food. We enjoyed our drinks(Mango green tea, strawberry matcha latte, and mango matcha latte), the popcorn chicken and veggie spring rolls. The customer service was great, super welcoming and friendly. “I love chicken express on North Texas and in North Texas because it’s close to my house and everyone there is very friendly or quiet but the one in Suisun they have a lot of originals there from when I first started going to chicken express A husband and wife that works there they’re very very very very very friendly.
