Taco Bell is a consistent fast-food chain known for its fresh-made orders and good service. The Vacaville location, while efficient, has faced some changes like the switch to automated ordering and no longer accepting cash. Some staff turnover has occurred due to new wages, and broken kiosks need replacing. Customers miss the potato menu and double stack tacos, hoping they won't be removed. The atmosphere is described as lacking warmth and sincerity, with minimal human interaction and employees pointing customers to automated machines. Some reviews highlight that the food is amazing, hot, and tasty, especially from the drive-thru, where orders are processed quickly, almost as if they were pre-made. However, the use of kiosks has caused confusion for some customers, leading to a mixed experience. Despite a recent remodel, the overall experience still feels sterile and unfeeling, contrasting with the enjoyable food offerings.
