“I was visiting from Texas and just happened to see this place from across the street. So glad we went in. Great service from amazing people. Food was excellent. Clean, clean, clean. We ordered the tacos, quesabirrias, and menudo. Tacos and Quesabirrias were great. Fresh ingredients ! I was skeptical about the menudo because everyone makes it different in Texas and it can have flavors you’re not ready for. Their menudo was great! Reminded me of my dad’s. Wish we had some of these in Texas.“

“This is my all-time favorite place to eat! I live across the country now and the last time I visited Vacaville, I brought back 2 Shrimp Super Burritos in a cooler (with the tortilla on the side so it wasn’t soggy). I haven’t had El Patron in over a year now… I would sell my soul for a burrito.“

“First time here. Located next to Murillo's in front of hotel. Was able to walk right up and place order. Got two quesabirria tacos and a side of rice/beans. The tacos were crispy and the consomme not greasy as some places can be. They came with grilled onions, limes and a hot sauce that was perfect in heat. The rice had a very mild flavor as did the beans that were topped with cheese. I could taste mostly pinto beans but in a good way.“

“My friend and I came here after a hard leg 🦵 day at Vacaville Strength Experience gym. The place wasn't busy until after we walked in. After getting home, my friend realized that the "breakfast menu" specifically said REFRIED BEANS & RICE come with it. My friend did notice the bag was light but was alarmed until it was too late. Also, notice that a lot of the sauce tipped over inside the plastic bag because the Styrofoam was not as surcure as it should have been. The food was VERY TASTY, but disappointing due to the amount we paid was not sufficient due to not getting what we ordered and the fact they weren't busy and knowing their menu and what comes with it. 2 stars out of 5 💜💜🖤🖤🖤“

“I ate here a few days ago with a group of 13. We were promptly seated. A server came by took our drink orders while another server brought us several baskets of chips and bowls of salsa. Everyone in our group ordered something slightly different (beef tacos, chicken enchiladas, shrimp fajitas, taco salads, mole, and chili rellenos); we all agreed everything was delicious. The flavors were authentic, food served hot and the drinks ice cold. The service was wonderful too. The restaurant staff was very attentive and would fill up our drinks before they were empty. I look forward to eating at this restaurant again!“

“I had stopped for takeout before but this time we dined in. I ordered the pozole and the bowl was so big and it had a good flavor, would definitely order again.
My husband got the tacos with hand made tortillas and he was very happy about it.
It's a small spot but the staff is on point!“

“Wife and I had lunch here for the first time on our list of places to try. One regular burrito with carne asada and one super burrito with carnitas. Both were good and probably the best taqueria style burritos we've had so far in Vacaville. Look forward to going again soon.“

“I have been coming here over 20 years. I don’t live close anymore but always eat here when I am in town. I have never had my order wrong, every bite is delicious, generous portions. The short wait times friendly people and comfortable atmosphere are very welcoming. I love this place! Food doesn’t last long enough for pics. lol“

“This place never misses to be honest I've tried a few items here an very flavorful on Friday and Saturday nights they have a taco man out front selling street tacos that hit the spot every time along with grill onions and jalapenos with a good few salsas as well very nice staff and food comes hot. “hello, I’m currently stationed at Travis Air Force Base. I unfortunately decided to use the bases delivery system and was waiting over a hour for my food. I called chipotle and the delivery system and was being transferred all over the place, just trying to get my food. By time I got to the store where I placed my order it was 1:00 and I placed the order at 12:40. However, I was put through to the apprentice named Nana and she didn’t hesitate to help me and she went out of her way to remake my order and ensured I was satisfied. If I could give Nana 1000 star I would. Thank you so much for your help“

“This spot competes with other fast food Mexican places. The place is clean, and the staff is courteous. I've had the Burritos and Carne Asada fries. It isnsometimesna hit or miss. You have access to chips and salsa at their bar which is a plus. Sometimes chips can be a little stale. But for most part, chips are fresh. Their salsas are really good here. My favorite is the breakfast burritos. I like their chorizo burrito and it is good. Food is a little pricey, but what place isn't? Overall, a good place to eat for Mexican fast food.“

They included chips instead of the tortillas which was still delicious. Also #24 (?), bacon breakfast burrito with sour cream. EXTRA GREEN SALSA (DELICIOUS AND SPICY).“

A big difference is that it's always made after you order; it hasn't been sitting in a warmer for awhile. Service is what separates the different locations, and this one has been consistently good.
