I was considering which protein to order when beef was touted by server as the freshest. Unfortunately my serving scoop of beef was not eatable - full of thick muscle fibers, connective tissue & fat. I did not push back after sitting down because I was short on time
Aside from the beef cut, all considerations are very good to excellent i.e. parking to location (right off hwy 80), cleanliness to seating (inside & patio), 2 bathrooms & fresh food.

Portion sizes here are awesome compared to other locations, and the staff are super friendly
