The service was horrible it took 17 minutes just to get a burger and fries. Workers did not care. Service was the worst I've ever had at ANY Wendy's if I could give it zero Stars I would. Management need to talk to the staff September 2nd around 12:30 pm that shift with that staff was horrible the worst!!!!!!!
Our first time here in awhile. Been seeing commercials for the Pretzel Pub Cheeseburger so made a visit to get it. At the drive thru, the guy taking our order was great, very helpful and patient with our big list.
Food was quick coming out and correct. We don't usual order here because we live in Vallejo but we'll keep this particular spot in mind next time we're in the area!

Is Mexican lady that was getting was working at the was mad because she forgot what I ordered, and once I went over there, I told her it was a sprite, and she handed me a cup with attitude through it at a matter of fact and she just has a really rude attitude towards customers and she was mad cause I had a coupon and ended up saying that she wasn’t gonna take it and I talked to a manager and she said that it didn’t work, but as soon as I got them, she got it to work...read full review

Wendy's in Vacaville offers great customer service and hot, fresh food. The restaurant has been renovated and is very nice and updated. The food is generally good, especially the burgers and chicken nuggets, which are better tasting than most other fast food places. The in-store ordering process could improve, but using the kiosk is efficient. The staff ensures orders are correct and hot, and the restaurant is clean with ample parking. Customers can enjoy a variety of beverages at the soda fountain, with the "Caddyshack" Peace Tea being a popular and refreshing choice. The $5 biggie bag, which includes a cheeseburger, small fries, four chicken nuggets, and a small soda, provides a satisfying meal at a good price, although recent pricing has been noted as somewhat high. Many customers appreciated the quick service and friendly staff, often recommending this Wendy's as a top choice. Using the Wendy's app allows customers to enjoy daily discounts on their favorite meals.
