Raising Cane's Reviews
I went up to the pick up line around 7pm 7/16 and politely told the lady she looked around her late 40’s she was handing out the meals specifically what I had ordered and that one was missing the coleslaw ( I had sat down with my order a couple min prior) She then proceeded to make it seem like I was lying and all I wanted was a free extra coleslaw…. um excuse me ma’am I just want what I paid for and I politely told her she could go check my table because I in fact was missing...read full review
Food is always decent, definitely better than average fast food. Customer service quality is always top notch -- best friendly staff members ever for a restaurant; rivals even 🐥 fil @, which is a high bar. These employees make you feel welcome and, most importantly, there's always someone at the counter ready to smile and take your order! (Imagine that in 2026). Excellent chain, and this location is a perfect example of that. Also the meal portions are substantial amounts,...read full review

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers offers a satisfying meal at a price range of $10 to $13, featuring chicken strips, crinkle fries, coleslaw, toast, and a special sauce. The restaurant provides friendly service and the atmosphere is enjoyable, although some customers have noted that cleanliness could be improved in certain areas. Customers appreciate the delicious food, especially the chicken, which is perfectly fried, juicy, and full of flavor. The crinkle-cut fries are golden and crispy, and the Cane’s sauce is creamy, tangy, and a highlight of the meal. While some have mentioned that the chicken strips can be smaller at this location, others found the combo meals to be large and filling. Parking is typically convenient, with on-site options that make it easy to visit even during busy hours. The location tends to be quiet, allowing for quick service and plenty of seating. The staff is friendly, and many customers have praised their helpfulness, especially in the morning. The menu is short, and customers enjoy having both sweet tea and unsweet tea, which is not by Coke or Pepsi. Overall, Cane’s is a popular spot for those craving crispy, delicious chicken, and the sauce makes it stand out as a favorite, even as improvements in cleanliness and greeting processes are suggested.
