“as usual: Great hamburger, fries and for the money can't be beat. Only one irritation occurred last week (this only happened once) : we were enjoying our usual No. 2 order, when a young lady about 24 or 25 accompanied by a slightly older woman, both well dressed, came to our table and wanted us to buy their lunch. We refused, they returned to their table fronting Lakeville, and subsequently hit up another diner, who succumbed and bought their food. Blessings to him for his generosity, but we didn't appreciate being panhandled as we sat enjoying our lunch. hope it doesn't happen again or In&Out will have lost two paying regular customers.“

“Great Poke!! Friendly, service oriented staff with a great atmosphere! With a wide variety of choices and a custom bowl with your fav flavors and ingredients, any poke craving can be satisfied. Highly recommend!“

“The machines you self order at inside the lobby, took my order and my card payment but did NOT give the full order to the workers. It only passed on the frostie but did NOT include the hamburger. Needless to say it took a good minute for me to call up my bank account and prove I had paid. Never again. They should toss those machines out the window. While I was there I overheard another customer having similar problems .“

“Every time that I get my food is a guy called Jose that he is always smiling and having the best actitud. I love to get my food by drive thru because I know he will says hi and bye with a nice smile.. sometimes it’s only what I need, to get inspired by young people doing a lot of things at the same time and smile:)

“After a disappointing burger at another restaurant the previous week, I just had to try Petaluma’s Five Guys restaurant. I ordered a burger and it was fantastic!!! The only criticism was that there were several tables hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the ones that were clean were still sopping wet from the cleaning rag (early afternoon and empty).“

“Maybe it was the time at night that I experienced a bit of a let down. This was my first time at this location. I waited at the service counter for quite some time until finally, I chanced yelling back there, that didn't work. There were two people sitting in a booth, seeing I was getting frustrated, they informed me to yell louder, so I did. Ok, here she comes, I proceeded to order 2 cheese burgers, small fries and a coke. How can you screw that up, but it took a long time, again, I waited. Finally the order she handed me. My mistake was to leave without checking what's in the bag? Drove home to discover, a cheese "kind" of burger, the ingredients was plopped to one side, there was a plain burger (good thing I had cheese at home) and the fries were very oily, more than they should be but the Coke was ok, I was sipping it on my way but, no napkins. I'm guessing they wanted to get the heck out of there but when looking at the Google map info from the website, closing time wasn't for another 2 hours. In conclusion, I do pass by this location quite frequently, I've decided that the next time I crave Mickey D's, I'll go during the daytime and see whadup!“

“Awesome American fare. I met the owner/operator Dave. Great stop on my way from Santa Rosa to SanFran - No ice in the rooter which is great because they truly care about their product, but that doesn't mean it wasn't cold - it has ice shavings on top. My only complaint is that I cannot get there more often. I had 2 chili-cheese dogs with onion, small fry and a lg root beer. Missing your mommy? Stop here and get a warm comfort food hug.“

“If you haven’t been to Jersey Mikes yet, go today! Not only are the sandwiches some of the best in town but the staff is amazing, the owner is genuine and invested in his customers. The facility is immaculately cleaned which makes dining-in an easy choice. Some other sandwich shops let the tables sit dirty a while before cleaning them. Not here. Always perfect. The ingredients are always very fresh (I recommend Mikes way) and delicious. But don’t take my word for it. Go try them out!“

“I work nearby and usually order on the app and go pick it up on a break. This is the best location in Petaluma. They pack my sandwich to the brim with meat and veggies and dont skimp on the sauce, either. This is the only Subway that hasnt messed up my order or skimped me on something. The staff is really nice as well.“
