“This place is expensive, 10.00 for a 4 inch sandwich, but it's totally worth it! I got the BBQ brisket sandwich and YUM! The only downer is that the guy at the counter is hard to understand, which happens, but the look of disappointment he gave to anyone who didn't tip was not cool. I never tip the first time I go there. After the first time, if it's eat in, I tip, but carryout is a no.“

“Yani is incredible. Please give her a million dollar raise. Outside of that, why is a 6-piece nugget meal $10.29 but a 10-piece is $10.39? I ordered the 6-piece by mistake and noticed it's just a .10-cent difference. Yani fixed everything with ease.“

“Wow! I’m visiting San Francisco and chose this spot on a busy Valentine’s Day. Boy was that the right call! Food was perfection, fries were crispy fresh-and don’t sleep on the onion rings! Service was attentive and sweet, tables were spotless, and atmosphere was vibrant and fresh. 💯 recommend and would be back.“

“I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a cold drink. The burger was served hot and fresh with a perfectly toasted bun and a juicy, flavorful patty. The fresh vegetables, melted cheese, and delicious house sauce blended together perfectly, creating a rich and satisfying flavor in every bite. The fries were crispy, golden, and seasoned just right, making them an ideal side to the meal.
The service was fast and efficient, and my order arrived quickly without sacrificing quality. The restaurant was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable dining environment. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were fair considering the quality of the food and service.“

“Banger place for huge, flavorful, crispy fried chicken and seasoned fries. Their bad boy sandwich is the perfect amount of spice, I think the naughty chick would probably be way too much. Everything was super fresh, made to order, and the staff provided great service. Would recommend the G sauce and garlic sauce too.
Took off one star because their dine in option was closed even though we got there 1-1.5 hours before closing. They had also run out of their mac and cheese by then.
Overall definitely coming back as it didn’t upset our stomachs either like fast food does.“

“Solid food and good prices. Their corn dogs are a yummy, cheap snack. Their wings are the best in the neighborhood and reheat well too. The 6-piece shrimp is always perfectly cooked. I also like their chicken sandwiches — many types to choose from and choice of grilled or fried.“

“I’ve been ordering the vermicelli bowls, banh mis, spring rolls, and pho regularly at this spot now for almost a year, and they have never missed. The ingredients are always so fresh and portions are super generous, this is genuinely the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever been to, and I appreciate how much care is put into making the food and even the packaging to ensure for the best eating experience!“

“The best Vietnamese food in the Bay Area! Prices are excellent. Get the Number 5 to sample everything. I would come here at least one a week if I lived nearby! Order to go if you don’t want to sit in the tiny 10-person space. The food is worth it!“

“Baked BBQ Pork Bun was the best that I've had. Dim sum was a lot more expensive than the last time I visited. I thought that it was cheap that time, this time it was not expensive, but definitely not as reasonable. Food was still pretty good, but just not as good as several other favorite places around the country. Cash only!“

“I tried the wraps from a work event and realized I needed to stop in and check it out.
I love the atmosphere, the individuals inside are kind and knowledgeable, great recommendations from them all.
I will be back to enjoy the view as well, please tip the staff!“

“Great little spot with a nice interior, and space to eat there if you'd like. Staff is also super nice. Their tofu banh mi is great, and the portion sizes are plentiful -- I'm definitely full here, which often isn't the case at other banh mi places“

“Steve went out of his way to answer a question concerning the food selection choices.
Internet google search showed this SF location maybe close because of the Memorial Day Holiday, but took a chance to walk down from Chinatown and was pleasantly surprised.
Bought meals for the day for myself and sister.
Thanks SF, Kearney St - Onigilly“

“Felt compelled to write this review because as a Panda Express frequenter, this has BY FAR the best quality food. Never tasted the sesame chicken so crispy and flavorful. It felt …cleaner. Same for the rest of the dishes, they had a much more elevated flavor and texture than at the other Panda Express places I’ve been. Also the people were super nice and accommodating, I remember one guys name, Paul, and the nice lady offered to make me some more chow mein although they were 10 minutes before closing. I’ll be definitely doing this Panda Express only moving forward. Bar: raised. ❤️“

“6th St between Market and Mission used to be the heart of San Francisco. Until the new jewish mayor Lurie stabbed it. We used to go out there, eat at Halal Burgers and then spend the night out. Without all the police state ruckus that is going on now end of Jan 26. But despite all the efforts of that obscene filth now sullying city hall, we still go out. And we still stop at Halal Burgers even though the scene has moved on. The food is excellent at prices that are very affordable. A chicken leg quarter, a potato salad and a drink is less than $10.
That said, they downsized the number of tables to sit at. That needs to be changed back.“

“The food is amazing!! It’s affordable and delicious, I was surprised and impressed by the affordability of the meal about 11 dollars for a combo fries, drink and crispy chicken sandwich! Highly recommend this to anyone wanting a great meal!! Excellent!!“

“One of the best corn dogs I’ve ever had, perfectly crispy on the outside and freshly warm. The rest of the group was just as happy with their orders, which says a lot about the options available.
Prices are on the higher end, but that’s pretty expected given the location on the pier.
Service was alright with nothing particularly to standout, but it got the job done without any issues.
Overall, a great spot for a quick, satisfying bite. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!“

“Was walking by and decided to stop in- best fried chicken sandwiches in San Francisco! So good I had to stop by again later in the day, and somehow the sandwich had gotten even better! Do yourself a favor and stop in here. Good food, prices, and the service by Harry was superb!“

“Ok, I really want to give them 5 stars, but it's gas station fried chicken y'all, 😆 so it can't get 5 stars. The chicken is unexpectedly delicious! Perfectly fried, no batter, just flour and amazing seasoning. Has a slight acidic, spicy vein running through the seasoning. Really quite satisfying at 2am when the bars close, or buy a bucket for Sunday picnic. It's a franchise, so you can find it in most cities, at least in California. But again, it's in a gas station convenience store, so it's not a dine-in, seated meal. Some of the best fast food out there! I mean, who doesn't crave fried chicken every now and then?!“

“Four stars because they clucked up one of the things we ordered. The Cali Cluckwich came with no tempeh bacon or avocado added on, and we didn't have time to get it fixed because we were crunched for time on a work lunch break. Without the cali ingredients added, it was a plain old classic cluckwich. Other than that, taste-wise the food was good. Also, I've always loved the customer service at the San Francisco location, the employees are always so happy and friendly. Hunny Hickory TenderClucks were delicious. I chose all fries, no slaw, and it might have been the largest side of fries I've ever got at a restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-07“

“Uncle boys is a go-to for a late night burger, chicken sandwich, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fries. They're available on delivery apps, but they also have their own app that they prefer to use to keep prices lower and profits in-house.
I've had many good experiences. Mostly doing delivery and takeout with them. Uncle boys has a cool history and I'm glad they're around the area when things tend to close on the earlier side.
I think it's tasty food with a good variety of options. They're open late and local. Can't really complain! Personally, I go enough to where I'd be sad if they were gone. Thank you for being an nearby option after a night out or a long day.“

“This place is no longer a grab and go.I was looking forward to selecting single pieces as other reviews mentioned, but I didn’t look at the more recent ones saying that is no longer the case.I ended up leaving and finding something else to eat instead. Most of the premade bento boxes are $17+ and I think there are better options for that price.“
