“If you’re anywhere near Richmond and haven’t stopped by Phila Burger yet, you're missing out on great food. I've tried most of the times in the menu, and I've never walked away disappointed. The food tastes amazing and hits every single time. Fresh, flavorful, and everything you want from a burger.

What really makes this place special is Sam. He’s the kind of person who remembers your face and name, your usual order, and makes you feel like more than just a customer. Honestly, at this point, I’m convinced he should just run for mayor of Richmond.

It's safe to say that many people in the Rich know about Phila Burger for good reason. But if you’re coming from outside of Richmond, do yourself a favor and give this place (and the city) a chance. If there’s one meal that’ll win you over, it’s right here.

But Honestly I don't think the Staff was really in fazes by this Rush. There cashiers and there Cooks handled everything with great attitude and good attentive awareness of what needed to be done. I like to give a Big Thank you to Angel and Luis for there upfront Help and Customer Service that they gave me while I was there. I had a long day and it wasn't the Best but the Great prepared food that they made was right on time. And the Friendly environment from the Staff mad me feel more better all the way round. “Food was good. Me and my friend got two cheeseburgers, onion rings, cheese curds, root beers, a little chocolate cake thingy, and of course, the pickles on the burgers. The pickles were perfectly crunchy, moist, and had a great pickley flavor. 5/5 pickles ?????. The soda did taste a little off though.The service was great and the food came out fast and hot.The tables were clean, but the seats were a bit dirty, and one of the ceiling tiles was messed up.Overall, a solid restaurant with some good pickles. 4/5.

“I was in Richmond for the annual San Pablo Avenue March of Hoes from Telegraph Ave all the way up to McDonald, where all the nighttime Hoes come out during the daylight for all to see! It's quite a sight, and the best place to see all the dysfunctional people is from a window seat at the El Pollo Loco Chicken Restaurant, right there on San Pablo Avenue! Let me tell you... Nothing beats watching Hoes strut and shuffle while your eating perfectly cooked chicken and fries! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆“

“My hubs and I were driving through yesterday and needed quick food. The only reason I dock a point for atmosphere is the general surroundings, not the store itself.The front desk cashier was really professional and friendly. He went out of his way to make me a specialty item and I am grateful!The chicken nuggets were tasty too- perfectly cooked. Thank you, BK on Cutting!“

“I ordered a BBQ Bounty Whooper with Collectible cup, I thought it came with a promotional box but apparently it didn't. Also, later on I realized that I never received my cup. I was with my Mom and she ordered a frozen Coke and she saw that everyone who ordered what I did was getting a cup. I went back to the counter and the same lady that handed me my meal thought only the bundle pack came with it. Her coworker or manager told her that she was wrong. They were very busy yesterday and kept ignoring people who used the mobile app for pick up. My Mom had to wait a very long time for her frozen Coke and the cashier kept helping other people order there food at the register. The employees need to be better trained on the promotions that are available. Also, stop ignoring people standing at the pick up line. Also, people coming in to order need to stop cutting in line. I normally don't have issues at this location.“

“I've ordered from them many times - they have special deals every week. I really love their Tuesday deal where you get a family bucket for ten bucks and eight pieces of large chicken nuggets. Sorry, I don't know which part of the chicken that is - it was written on the poster but I forgot. I'm a huge fan of spicy food, including their spicy chicken sandwiches - those are my favorites. The food comes out super fast, literally in less than three minutes. They give you a lot of sauce too. My friends also really love their Mountaindew“

“I been here many times and bought food here. Every time I been there I seen the restroom with an out of order sign but the only ones i seen go in there to use the restroom are the employees. I ask to use the restroom after I had purchased some food they said no that it's out of order... If there restroom is out of order and no customers can't use it then isn't it a violation ??“
