“I used to prefer Subway but one day I decided to try ToGo's at the Christie Ave. Emeryville location and due to the pleasantry friendliness great tasting sandwiches and salads, from that day on I have not stopped going to that location. The staff works very hard, they're super friendly and make your sandwiches and salad with so much care you can taste it in the food. Bottom line-I appreciate them and absolutely love this place-I highly recommend it!!!! 🫶🏼👏🏼😋💖“

“I came here yesterday and was greeted very nicely along with the rest of the other people coming in after me. I normally don't go to chipotles here in the bay area but this one has really stood out to me. I used the bathroom before ordering to wash my hands and the bathrooms were clean and stocked full with toilet paper and hand towels! Thats a first for me! The food looked very fresh and the counter where they prepared my bowl was clean and if the worked made a mess they cleaned it up right after, very well done! I sat inside and ate my food and it was a great ambiance with nice music playing and hearing the workers joke and have a good time working. Unlike the other stores I've been to, the workers look miserable and are messy and seem rude. This location is truly incredible and i will be coming back here every-time I want a good afternoon lunch.“

“Saw the comment about a mouse and believe me theh went inspected we got 94 out of 100. some of my coworkers may be rude even i myself when a bad custumer just passed honestly try to hige the best service i can with whag i have inside which alot of times we are missing tons of things and its not our fault. Seen genuine similes of costumers. if you bring a pet trough the drive trough you have more preference for a better service since it makes me happy seeing the pets.“

“The young man (#006) who served me on 9/9/25 was unusually polite, considerate and extremely helpful. It was quite unexpected. Subway food is not very different one store from another. Differences among stores are mostly location and customer service. The latter is usually either ok or subpar at Subway. Some stores charge extra for toasting and won't allow the use of gift card, can hardly speak English, and sometimes are downright rude. How refreshing to be served by this wonderful young man who patiently responded to my requests, always with a smile. I regret not getting his name, he is tall, a big guy, young and so friendly. “These burgers are delicious. Fresh tasting, light and juicy, served up hot as soon as they come off the grill. I think our bill was close to $40 for two single shack burgers, one onion ring, and two large diet sodas. Pretty pricey, but hey, this is California!“
