extremely slow & disorganized despite there being barely any customers. they only start making your online order once you arrive the store, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead??????they literally are worse than me playing some restaurant

Togo’s always makes up a pretty decent sandwich but their dining room is rather stark and minimal. I’m guessing most of their orders are to go. It would be nice if they improved their dining room experience.
