Really nice place. The food is really good and nice big portions. The servers are really friendly and the cook (Nayeli) is amazing and super accommodating with our order.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food came out pretty quickly but it wasn't busy. Mostly everything on the menu is $20 so don't expect to a cheap meal but al and all good experience and good food.
Wonderful diner! The food was excellent, and the service very good. The place has a very cute mountain cabin vibe, with bears everywhere. We had dinner, and liked the place so much, we went back for breakfast the next day. Huge portions, expertly prepared and presented.

Black Bear Diner is a wholesome family-orientated bear-themed restaurant chain. It serves classic American-style breakfast and dinner plates. The menu includes big breakfasts and good coffee. Some customers found the service to be slow, possibly due to being short-staffed. The French toast was a bit dry, but the corned beef hash was a highlight. The Bacon was too salty on one breakfast plate. Despite some issues, the restaurant has the potential to be better with more attentive service and improvements in the kitchen. It is a good spot for a no-frills meal. The prices are a bit higher than some other locations. Some customers had a great experience, with awesome servers, great food, and great coffee. The restaurant can get very busy, especially on weekends and holidays, with wait times of up to 19 minutes to get a table and more time to order and receive food.
