“I ordered three Taco Bell Supremes tacos. That was hardly any sour cream or cheese. It was mostly lettuce and a few tomatoes. I don't think that's what I expected but that's what I got. I hope that's coming across clear because it was edible but not what I expected to order after paying $16 for the meal“

“I was late to pick up my order. The guy at the Informed me that my fries have gotten stale. Instead of letting me walk away with my order. He remade fresh fries, right then and there. No questions asked. It was getting late and the fact he insisted shows me the integrity of this service. He needs a raise ASAP!“

“I ordered using the kiosk for dine in. The CSR working, offered me my cup before my order came up and was walking my order to my table! I stood up and met halfway, because I had never had a Taco bell associate bring me my order before. These employees are customer oriented. Great job. Thank you.“

“By my personal experience I do not understand the 3.8 star rating. The service is great...in the evenings anyway. The food in the trays may sometimes need refreshing but the staff is always accommodating to make it fresh. I didn't give the food a 5 because let's face it...pre-made food is never as good as everything fresh to order but the food is tasty and let us not forget we are not at a sit down restaurant.. once again the staff has been great!“

“The lady that worked there today was absolutely amazing! She was very nice and attentive, and made my sub the exact way I wanted with perfect portions.
Food itself tasted good as well! I'd definitely come back to this location compared to others in the area.“

“I had a great experience today. First time in Novato. I tried the Steak, egg, and cheese bagel meal. It was perfect. Loved it. The only issue I had was the Dr. Pepper must have been mixed up with the Diet Dr. Pepper by mistake and the lids didnt fit the cup.“
