“My girlfriend and I had dinner tonight at FBI Burgers in Novato, California, and the experience was amazing.
We both ordered burgers and fries, and everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The burgers were juicy, perfectly cooked, and made with quality ingredients you can really taste. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right—simple but done really well.
The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they take pride in their food and service.
If you’re anywhere near Novato and want a great burger and fries, FBI Burgers is definitely a spot worth checking out. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back.“

“The pizza was good — not amazing, but solid — and the ranch dressing was incredible. We popped in because The Village had a 45-minute wait and got seated right away, which was a win. Lots of TVs, so we could watch both the MLB playoffs and college football, and our server was genuinely great — friendly and helpful. That said, it definitely leans more toward an adult vibe. Even though there’s an arcade, the prices are a bit steep ($17 for a kid’s spaghetti and one meatball). And the playlist? Let’s just say it was giving “bow chicka bow wow late-night R&B” energy — not exactly the soundtrack I expected for family pizza night at 6:30 p.m on a Saturday. We’ll probably go back, but next time, maybe earlier in the day when hopefully it’s more family-friendly.“

“Great place if you want Gluten Free pancake. Other places don't make em as good as ihop. Of course lots of other items for everyone. It's a nice touch where they bring you coffee and extra coffee in a kettle, for you to pour when you need some more.“

“I was late to pick up my order. The guy at the Informed me that my fries have gotten stale. Instead of letting me walk away with my order. He remade fresh fries, right then and there. No questions asked. It was getting late and the fact he insisted shows me the integrity of this service. He needs a raise ASAP!“

“Ordered online thru the McDonald App. Fast and quick to bring out food. The fries are fresh hot. Don't McDonald like places that give you old cold fries just because you have points to cover them for free. Burgers were excellent. Ordered for 3. Wife, daughter, and myself. I know prices of McDonald have gone up, but the app made it cheaper with deals.
Parking: Close to downtown where there are bars and restaurants nearby.“
