“as usual: Great hamburger, fries and for the money can't be beat. Only one irritation occurred last week (this only happened once) : we were enjoying our usual No. 2 order, when a young lady about 24 or 25 accompanied by a slightly older woman, both well dressed, came to our table and wanted us to buy their lunch. We refused, they returned to their table fronting Lakeville, and subsequently hit up another diner, who succumbed and bought their food. Blessings to him for his generosity, but we didn't appreciate being panhandled as we sat enjoying our lunch. hope it doesn't happen again or In&Out will have lost two paying regular customers.“

“I've been driving by Superburger for a couple months so I decided to give it a try. It was sunny so I sat outside and ordered a Bacon Cheese Superburger and Beer Battered Onion Rings. The burger was absolutely juicy, the bacon was thick and delicious, amazing slices of tomato and onion with crisp fresh lettuce. This was a fantastic find and the prices were really good considering the area. The staff were friendly, the establishment has a cute, classic aesthetic and the place has history, too. 10/10 would try again.“

The waiter was very helpful however we did ask to bring one of the appetizer later but he brought everything at the same time. There was hardly any room on our small table. The shrimp scampi was too salty for my taste That the desert wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. This place was full we didn't have to wait too Long because it just just 2 of us. “I don't live in Santa Rosa any more, I haven't in ~20 years but I grew up there and EVERYONE knows Sam's! I was in town for the holidays and went there for lunch with a friend. The menu is enormous and while I was tempted by the all day breakfast, I landed on a French Dip sandwich that I had been craving. If you are anywhere in the area, stop by, you'll be glad you did!

“Food was not great. Ordered calamari and a steak quesadilla. The calamari was bland and very processed. The steak in the quesadilla was rubbery and had large chunks of tomato. It was very strange. Service was excellent! And the atmosphere was very fun. Will return and try a sandwich or burger next time.

“We were unaware it was free pancake day and it was pretty busy.... however, first, the manager was explaining to a lady that there was a wait because they had tables, but that he only had 3 servers and didn't want to overwhelm them which is automatically 5 stars for me. Filet mignon was perfectly cooked, the shrimp were huge, the grilled asparagus and truffle mashed potatoes were very good and the price made it all a great deal. And most importantly my husband was very impressed with his old fashioned (which is hard to do). Considering how busy they were, the food came out quickly. “The machines you self order at inside the lobby, took my order and my card payment but did NOT give the full order to the workers. It only passed on the frostie but did NOT include the hamburger. Needless to say it took a good minute for me to call up my bank account and prove I had paid. Never again. They should toss those machines out the window. While I was there I overheard another customer having similar problems .“
