What a trendy place to sit in! The service what's outstanding.
We got the classic eggs benedict. Unfortunately, it fell short.The canadian style bacon that was in there was a little thick and bland. The poached egg on top was perfect.

This restaurant is awesome we always love to visit whenever we come to graton the pretzel bites are fantastic along with their main dishes Davina is a wonderful server she was really fun to talk to she even put up with my father who hung out there while we gambled
Looking for a quick bite before we try our luck in the casino, we chose this Bistro, and it didn't disappoint. Sat at the bar, so we didn't have to wait for a table. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich that was really spicy! 🔥 I enjoyed it a lot, however, I paid the price going to the 🚽 later on. Came with a side of fries and a pickle. Bistro 101 is a cozy restaurant with a friendly and attentive staff that aims to please. The menu offers a range of dishes, including the delicious BLT, Ahi Tuna sandwich, and Steak Frites. The great and prompt service sets the tone for a good experience. The Hot Chicken sandwich is great and the double cheeseburger is really good. The bacon in the petite wedge is the best bacon. The restaurant is often bustling, especially on Saturday nights, but the service remains excellent, with great recommendations and assistance. The food is delicious and the ambiance is casual but still nice. Bistro 101's charm and reasonable prices make it worth a visit.
