They were attentive and made sure my experience was a good one. Condiments and utensils were provided. If this is the level of service over the phone, then their in-person service must be extraordinary among local restaurants.“

“Hands down our FAVORITE Pizza place! The crust is a mixture of soft and crispy, perfect! The over the top toppings, are loaded. We only purchase from the Novato, CA location for the past 10 years. The service is outstanding. Never had any problems. Their sandwiches, salads and pizzas are delicious. We love all the specialized pizzas and you can have it your way as well. Right now we are hooked on the Poultrygeist pizza, Mammoth pizza, Railroad Grade pizza and the Paia Pie. You can't go wrong with any one of them.“

“We had an incredible lunch here. The restaurant is kind of hidden in a strip mall, but worth the journey. The most flavorful tikka masala we've ever had and perfectly spiced saag. Butter naan, rice, and raita was fresh too. Can't wait to try more next time!“

The staff is quite knowledgeable, which helps, and always willing to ask the kitchen if they don't know. The metal chairs scraping on the concrete floors are ear piercing. That all changed today when I stopped at China Village in the San Marin Plaza. They know their stuff! Everything was flavorful and delicious. I'll be back!“

The food in the trays may sometimes need refreshing but the staff is always accommodating to make it fresh. I didn't give the food a 5 because let's face it...pre-made food is never as good as everything fresh to order but the food is tasty and let us not forget we are not at a sit down restaurant.. once again the staff has been great!“

“I had never heard of this restaurant (or been in downtown Novato) and didn't realize it had multiple locations. The entire menu sounded delicious. I got the ahi salad and was so happy with it. Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was chill. I will absolutely be going back.“
