Friendly workers and tasty food.
We got perfect poke, tofu, and teriyaki bowls, and we enjoyed mango and passion fruit jasmine teas and a brown sugar milk tea. Everything was so good, I'll be back! I need to try the whole menu.

Pearl Novato is a great spot for boba, poke, and other food items. The menu has unique tea flavors like lavender and rose, with many toppings to choose from. Customers enjoyed perfect poke, tofu, and teriyaki bowls, as well as mango and passion fruit jasmine teas and a brown sugar milk tea. Everything was described as incredibly fresh, with generous portions and great vegan/vegetarian choices. Popular items include the rose milk tea, jasmine milk tea, popcorn shrimp, and udon noodles. The poke with tuna/salmon and all the fixings, including a mix of mild mayo and spicy mayo, was very tasty. The staff is friendly and the overall vibe is adorable, safe, and clean. The shop is well-lit with ample room to dine in. However, some reviews noted issues: the air conditioner was not turned on, making the room stuffy; a mistake was made on teas with ice added when no-ice was requested; tapiocas were undercooked; and the yogurt popping boba had no yogurt taste. The teas came in old plastic cups not sealed, making it hard to put straws in without spilling. Despite these, the food is off the hook and the place is quick in and out.
