They were attentive and made sure my experience was a good one. Condiments and utensils were provided. If this is the level of service over the phone, then their in-person service must be extraordinary among local restaurants.”

“We always enjoy our meals, or happy hour food there! It's a very good value for the food quality. Great menu variety, too, and great drinks! Service can be just a little bit slow, (with one person running the bar and Boardroom sometimes), but server is very good, friendly and competent - it also reminds you to slow down and relax 😀”

“Fast to order and deliver to the table. Young lady taking the order was efficient and kind. Lots of parking and seating. All level ground. Clean restrooms. I got the teriyaki salmon on the fried rice with veggies. Outstanding!”

“The pizza was good — not amazing, but solid — and the ranch dressing was incredible. We popped in because The Village had a 45-minute wait and got seated right away, which was a win. Lots of TVs, so we could watch both the MLB playoffs and college football, and our server was genuinely great — friendly and helpful. That said, it definitely leans more toward an adult vibe. Even though there’s an arcade, the prices are a bit steep ($17 for a kid’s spaghetti and one meatball). And the playlist? Let’s just say it was giving “bow chicka bow wow late-night R&B” energy — not exactly the soundtrack I expected for family pizza night at 6:30 p.m on a Saturday. We’ll probably go back, but next time, maybe earlier in the day when hopefully it’s more family-friendly.”

Fatty, salty, peppery pepperoni. Great pizza for the value. Got a cheese bread side order too which was just as described and what we expected, tasty. The ranch was fire.. classic pizza place batch made ranch and a properly full little cup. Their order system and estimates for pickup worked perfectly. Good place!”

The perfect crispy crust and then soft chew center with lots of wonderful savory sourness. I had the Ham & Pastrami. Perfect fresh ingredients. We both ordered burgers and fries, and everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The burgers were juicy, perfectly cooked, and made with quality ingredients you can really taste. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right—simple but done really well.

The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they take pride in their food and service.

If you’re anywhere near Novato and want a great burger and fries, FBI Burgers is definitely a spot worth checking out. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back.”

The staff is quite knowledgeable, which helps, and always willing to ask the kitchen if they don't know. The metal chairs scraping on the concrete floors are ear piercing. “Eclectic restaurant in the old part of Hamilton field. Inside and outside seating. Really good and fresh calamari, where you can actually taste the squid. Fish tacos are excellent, fresh fish perfectly cooked and good value. Shrimp tacos were also good. Fettuccine jambalaya had a well developed sauce with a good mix of proteins. Finished with a Snickers cheesecake and strawberry pavlova, both excellent. Service was good with very friendly staff. Only downside was the smell of the deep fat fryer, probably should have sat outside. Recommended and will return.”

“I've lived in Novato for six years. I've tried several Chinese restaurants and haven't been impressed. I've resorted to driving down to Ping's in Northgate One. That all changed today when I stopped at China Village in the San Marin Plaza. They know their stuff! Everything was flavorful and delicious. I'll be back!”

“I am so lucky! I just pulled over to adjust my navigation map and ended up in front of this store.

The nostalgic was worth a good look. I went inside to get a bottle of water as the deli lady was finishing assembling a great looking sandwich. It looked so good I had to have one too.

Pastrami on oat bran bread. She makes sure to make it exactly the way the customer wants it. Her and her partner have been running this shop for over 20 years. The guy ids fun to talk to while the deli products stress being made.

That sandwich was absolutely delicious!

Kid-friendliness: Yes, very kid friendly. Lots of grass across the parking lot for kids to run around (supervised) as it is in the middle of a parking lot and a busy street.”

“Every time I'm in town I make sure to hit China Palace at least once, but if I'm being honest I would go there as many times as my family will let me! The Mongolian beef is an abundant portion and some of the best I've had. Super tender, tons of flavor. If you want to feel like you've had your veggies, pair the Mongolian beef with mu shu vegetables. They're super fresh, a nice little crunch and also an abundant portion (that will last you a couple days for lunch after!). This is my favorite combo, but honestly I've never had anything I didn't thoroughly enjoy here!”
