“Ordered the mini Tortes during the Covid-19 stay time and got them in 24 hours at home and they were incredible! Well with it. Recommend for those gluten free and they have vegan friendly items!!”

“I decided to take my young kids to Nick the Greek yesterday for some lunch. I have a four-year-old and a 20 month old, which means going out can be a little hectic. I haven’t been to Nick the Greek in a while so I had a couple questions about the menu. Logan was working the register and she was super helpful and friendly, answering all my questions without being annoyed or frustrated. By the end of our meal, my youngest had made a mess, there was rice everywhere. I did my best to clean the table, chair, and what I could get off the floor. As I stood up with my tray, Logan immediately asked “can I grab that for you?” And took it out of my hands helping me throw out our trash. I then asked if they had a small broom that I could borrow to clean up the rest of the rice under the table. She insisted that she would clean it up and it wasn’t a problem at all. Meanwhile, as I’m looking at her, my youngest takes his nasty little baby hands and puts them all over their clean glass window. As a mom in that moment, I felt so overwhelmed, and bad for the staff. But Logan made me feel at ease. She insisted that it was ok and she would handle it for me.

I’m writing this review because I’m 36 years old and I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 20+ years. It’s very hard to find hard-working people that have a good work ethic and are just good with human interaction. As a mom, I truly appreciate her help yesterday. She made me feel like she was there to support me, and it was obvious she could see I was having a rough day with them.

People like Logan are hard to find these days. I hope the management knows how valuable she is. I will be returning to this location, even though I live in Corte Madera, just to see her again.

“Love this place! We've been here a handful of times now for burritos and they have been consistently delicious. The burritos are well balanced with plenty of meat, the rice and beans are terrific. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great especially this time of year the outdoor patio area is just beautiful. So far we have only had take out, but will definitely make time to dine in soon. Also, the owner and staff are extremely friendly. Really happy to have Sabor de Mexico in the neighborhood and look forward to exploring more of the menu.”

Some of the best Indian/Goan food I’ve had in the states, if you’re searching for a transcendent state-get the Caldine curry. If the food wasn’t enough, the service and vibes are also spectacular. “My favorite Italian restaurant. I love their bolognese sauce. This time I had the veal canneloni and my friend had a fish entree. We split a peach salad and had tiramisu. On different visits I have had the spinach salad and beet salads which were exceptional. The only misses I have had is the flourless chocolate cake slice-way too small for the price and the calamari came out rubbery.”

“The pizza was good — not amazing, but solid — and the ranch dressing was incredible. We popped in because The Village had a 45-minute wait and got seated right away, which was a win. Lots of TVs, so we could watch both the MLB playoffs and college football, and our server was genuinely great — friendly and helpful. That said, it definitely leans more toward an adult vibe. Even though there’s an arcade, the prices are a bit steep ($17 for a kid’s spaghetti and one meatball). And the playlist? Let’s just say it was giving “bow chicka bow wow late-night R&B” energy — not exactly the soundtrack I expected for family pizza night at 6:30 p.m on a Saturday. We’ll probably go back, but next time, maybe earlier in the day when hopefully it’s more family-friendly.”

“Visited less than an hour before closed. Still the lady was very kind and food out fast. We were all cold and tired. The soup is mild and delicious, food quantify is enough and fresh. It is not authentic Vietnamese still good to have for Pho lovers. It is in old town and the overall atmosphere is cozy and comfortable and clean.”

We thought it was going to be a standard ice cream shop with some vegan options but instead it’s more like a vegan shop with some dairy options. It was amazing and everything we tried was top notch. The owner happened to be the one who served us and she was very nice and added to the awesome experience. My only compliant is it’s 30 minutes from our house and I wish it was closer so we can go more often. It is definitely worth the drive.”

“Wow, I've found my new favorite Northbay Chinese restaurant! Sat down for a to go order, and ordered a bowl of hot and sour soup while waiting, which was delish. I was pleasantly impressed with the comfortable and plush seating at booths and tables I headed home with Black Pepper Beef, Salt and Pepper Pork Chop, and General's Chicken, and we happily devoured all dishes; they were all savory, juicy, tender, and the meat was perfectly cooked. The batter on the pork and chicken was still tasty when we polished off the leftovers the next day. The only slight demerit was the service was a bit off-putting; the waiters were not welcoming when I arrived and didn't seem to be happy working there. I'll be coming back again, that's for sure and hope the staff were just having a bad day.”

Ordered from the guy in the truck and he brought the food out and brought some salsa too. The place is near the middle of the street, not on the corner as Google maps has it. But you can easily spot it by the big flag. For me, better than a bunch of the brick and mortar places around town.”

“Pleasantly surprised, wow. My husband wanted to go have this for dinner and I was dragging my feet, 🥲 but it was actually goooood... The chicken is flavorful and so tender, wow (how do they do that?!). We had a mild tender chicken Sando Combo and 5 Chicken tenders with mild sauce, both were good and edible for a softy like me. Coleslaw and chicken were both a bit low on salt, but nothing that couldn't be solved by just sprinkling some on top.

I didn't particularly like the paprika on the potatoes, it just tasted like paprika and it turned me off, but my husband liked it, I just dunked them in the pink sauce they brought and that solved that problem 🙃.”
