Sabor de Mexico is a restaurant that serves delicious food with amazing portions. The staff is consistently friendly, kind, and welcoming, and the owner takes good care of customers. The super burritos are HUGE and very flavorful. If made wet, they really give you your cheese, and one could be shared between two people. The super carnitas burritos are a favorite, and the carnitas is crispy and tasty. Burritos are well balanced with plenty of meat, and the rice and beans are terrific. Freshly made chips and sauce come on the side, with the tomatillo, green sauce being a standout. The tacos durados are a hit, paired with a great medium salsa that doesn't overpower them. The crunchy tacos are liked best no matter the meat chosen. There are at least 3 salsas at a bar with other fresh condiments. The Chile rellenos are great, the Mexican rice is fresh, and the shrimp soup is awesome with a spicy kick and the perfect amount of prawns to veggies ratio. The atmosphere is great, with a beautiful spacious outdoor patio area, stringed lights, and covered outdoor seating. Inside, a large screen displays the menu. Food is made fresh right then when ordered, so it's always fresh, hot, and made to order.
