“It’s rare to find a fast-food spot that genuinely cares this much, but this Jack in the Box nails it. I’ve been coming here for over two years, and not once have I had a bad experience. The food is consistently high quality, never oily or stale, and the whole place including the restrooms is remarkably clean. The employees always maintain great energy and respect, which is impressive given some of the rude customers they have to deal with on a daily basis. They handle it all with grace. Highly recommend supporting this location!!!

Jack has been coming out with the cutest collectibles for all age groups , you have to check out there latest munchie meal. The manager is doing a phenomenal job & has a great team who is always very knowledgeable on everything.“

“This new and improved version of the infamous Jack in the box is a delightful addition to the community!!!! I had the late night munchies and drove to Novato and stopped here I wasn’t disappointed!!!! There’s the sweetest and most polite person at the window!!! The food was fresh and my curly fries were an absolute treat!!! I think she deserves a raise!!!!! Polite, friendly and the one thing that really made me smile was that I usually have to ask for some ranch … not here …. She read my mind!!! I asked she said it’s already in your bag!!! If I could give it more STARS I WOULD!!!“
