I didn’t expect to fall in love at 2 a.m., but here we are. Oakland Jack-in-the-Box, you’ve stolen my heart (and my appetite). That’s real love.
The spicy chicken sandwich meal (fries not pictured because I ate them in the car), a Minute Maid, and a seven-piece jalapeño popper… honestly, this felt less like fast food and more like the Last Supper. If Jesus had served jalapeño poppers that night, I don’t think anyone would’ve doubted him.
Your Good Good sauce was everything its name promised, your taco sauce a quiet but steady companion—like you, Jack. Dependable. Comforting. Slightly mysterious under that giant round head.

Soda is perfect on ice: NOT too much, NOT to little. Highly reccomend coming here for something QUICK, and/or late night. Price for meals are fair, budget friendly. Food options on the menu are fun while looking at jack's wink face ;)
