“Very delicious—the seafood tastes fresh and is well prepared. I ordered takeout, and the staff was very accommodating with my requests. They were attentive and made sure my experience was a good one. Condiments and utensils were provided. If this is the level of service over the phone, then their in-person service must be extraordinary among local restaurants.“

“We go here whenever we can for our casual date lunch/dinner place. Located next to Ross and Ulta in Vintage Oaks. Incredible sushi made with high standards for freshness. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. They remembered us even the second time we dined. Recommendations: Rainbow Roll, Hot Mama Roll, Pretty Girl Roll, string beans, grilled calamari.“

“The reviews don't lie, this place is fantastic. The fish was sooo fresh and generous. The rolls were delicious and well-portioned, and priced comparably to the other high-end places. Even though we called at the last minute, they squeezed us in with a quick turn time. The service was friendly and we all agree this is the best sushi in Marin.“

“The Chomage miso tonkatsu ramen was terrific. Even better than when I had this dish at a highly rated ramen restaurant in Japantown. Very flavorful. not heavy or greasy.
It was nice to sit in the outdoor patio near a fountain.“

“This family-owned gem is one of my favorite spots to visit. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. There's no sense of rush or over-attention, just a relaxed and pleasant vibe.
The menu offers a great variety of options, both cooked and raw. We started with miso soup and sashimi, paired with hot sake as an appetizer. For dinner, we enjoyed the Scope Special, Spicy Tuna Roll, Spider Roll, Dragon Roll, Lucky Stars, and finished off with the Chef's Special Roll. The fish was fresh, and every dish was absolutely delicious.
My friends and I had a blast, enjoying the food, sipping sake, and catching up, all without feeling rushed. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this hidden treasure. It's the kind of place that you'll want to return to again and again.“

“My husband and I have been coming here for years and the food is always fresh and delicious. They just added some new sushi rolls to the menu and they are fantastic. I highly recommend the Golden Gate Roll and the Alaskan Roll. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality.
Give them a try!“

“I was seated immediately but the server took her time coming to take my order. Because I sat at the bar, the chefs felt bad about how long I had been patiently waiting, so they took my order before the waitress did. Again, when it was time to pay, my waitress was so slow to pick up my payment, that another male server came by to accept my payment.“

“The city of Petaluma California is a great place to visit. The downtown area is sprinkled with outstanding restaurants and shops. To add to the downtown setting is the Petaluma river with shops and restaurants.
I hadn't visited downtown in awhile so we tried Kabuki sushi on Petaluma Blvd in the old Mcnear building in the old town section of Petaluma.
We had an early dinner and ordered pretty simple.
First was just a simple California roll. Pretty standard and does not differ in it's making. Second was a plate of vegetable tempura. Broccoli, zucchinis, mushrooms, slices of sweet potato. These dishes were great, the tempura cooked just right and a large portion. The California roll consisted of 8 pieces. Only complaint was they were a little small.
The last dish was a bowl of beef udon. Again great tasting, the soup had lots of beef slices and more udon noodles than I expected.
Drinks are also standard, beer, sake, soft drinks, tea hot and cold and also Thai iced coffee which was kind of odd.
Everything was moderately priced. Sushi restaurants can get pricey by individually priced items of course“

“First timers here, but it won't be my last. Absolutely one of the freshest and most tasteful sushi restaurants I have been to in a long time. I ate 6-7 dishes (try the scallops special off-menu), and everything was fantastic. The owner and her staff are very gracious making the dining experience even more pleasant. Go try it. You won't be disappointed.“
