Based on the reviews, Crumbl offers great service and extremely welcoming staff. The store is very clean, and the cookies are thick, moist, and melt in your mouth. The traditional chocolate chip is a favorite, and the products are delicious. However, some cookies, like the snickers cookie, did not taste very peanuty, and some flavors are just okay. The delivery process goes smoothly, but paying with both a gift card and another payment method is hard. The restaurant can be a bit crowded, but the service is quick, the ambience is great, and the cookies make people happy.
