Great customer service , and they get 5 stars for cooking a burger the way I ask for it to be cooked"rare"!! It is next to impossible to get any resturant these days to do that , Bravo FYI!!!! Had the Swiss burger for my mom she loved it and I had the blue cheese burger 5 stars !!! Milk shakes are great and the onion rings are crisp and tasty!!! Love this place
I've been going here for years now (since they opened) by far the best burger around the North Bay. Hands down the best.6years later and it's changed hands now called FBI burgers used to be J.J's but these guys moved in and still have some really good burgers and shakes..

Too busy to have our usual Burger Friday, so we did Burger Saturday. Haven't been here for a few years since the new owners took over from JJ's. I had the single (pepper Jack) cheeseburger with mayo and pickles, and my husband had a single classic burger with mayo, lettuce, onion, and tomato. Both burgers were excellent, very flavorful, and arrived quickly. Next time I would order mine medium rare though.
