I buy a latte then the lady give 5$ bill of change, then I seat for a minute then realized I need some dollar bills change then I ask for it but the girl she can’t. So I said ok keep one dollar then please give me $4 then she agree, unbelievable. I Love astur bucks but sometimes there is no concidaration.
Though I'm visiting family in Peacock Gap, San Rafael, I drove several miles to find a drive thru Starbucks. This was the closest place I could find. I'm elderly and disabled and apparently San Rafael is not friendly toward people like me who need a little more assistance. I was born and raised here and I'm ashamed of what San Rafael has become. This Starbucks was friendly and accommodating. It was well worth the drive to patronize this establishment. I will return here daily...read full review

Ive had several bad experiences when going i side this location for service so I haven't been inside in quite awhile but the drive thru service and staff NEVER DISAPPOINT! They have made up for any previous unsatisfactory experiences I've encountered. One reason I have remained a loyal Starbucks (gold)Rewards Member for over 15 years is because of the great customer service you receive at every location.
