I talked with really friendly employee and asked him if I could customize my order before placing with the app and he was fantastic in helping me out. After I placed the order I noticed that the address had defaulted to a previous KFC store I had ordered from 400+ miles away. The employee talked with his manager and they replicated the order for me at their store with no additional charges. What can I say except it was truly amazing and very much appreciated. Keep it up.“
