“Went in not expecting much, but my girlfriend and I were delightfully surprised with the patience and kindness of the three staff members, not to mention the amazing work of the chef. The food was delicious and just the right portion if you’re really hungry. Everything was made fresh and food came out very quickly.“

“We tried their quesabirras at the Taylor Trades Outdoor Market in Santa Rosa and they were legit the best we’d had.
We then tried the restaurant and were blown away-every dish we tried was excellent! The molcajete speaks for itself! Chicken enchiladas verdes were the perfect balance of tangy and spicy, chorizo chimichanga ingredients were balanced with a perfect fry and the carnes asada plate—wow— the meat was incredibly flavorful and well done yet tender and juicy. Even the kiddos finished their combos without a single complaint. I’m not usually a fan of aguas frescas but theirs were incredibly flavorful. I would quite literally stop there just to pick up their strawberry or jamaica agua fresca.
On top of killer, good their service was exceptional.

“I had the pleasure of dining at Graton Casino's Park Steakhouse last Saturday night, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect stage for a memorable evening. My fiancé opted for the filet mignon, which was cooked to absolute perfection and served with a delightful peppercorn sauce on the side—excellent choice, Marianne! I chose the Norwegian salmon, and I can confidently say it was another remarkable decision. Both dishes were skillfully prepared, showcasing the care and expertise of the kitchen. We both agreed that it was one of the best meals we've had in quite some time. I must take a moment to praise one of our server, Manuel. His attentive service truly elevated our dining experience. Manuel made us feel exceptionally well cared for. Additionally, we had the pleasure of being greeted at our table by Jackie, the front-of-house manager. Her cheerful demeanor and attention to detail made our evening even more enjoyable. Every aspect of our dinner was outstanding—kudos to the chef and the entire team at Park Steakhouse!
