Not your usual ham & cheese.Spicy beef empanadas: great seasonings with just a touch of heat.Tarts: buffalo (crazy good, a bit tangy with tons of savory) , spinach/artichoke (creamy perfection with loads of seasoning), plum/bacon (sweet and savory), al pastor (the sauces really make it), and a dessert blueberry cobbler. Each was absolutely mind-blowing. The crust was so fluffy and light, and the fillings extremely flavorful.Husband says it's now his favorite spot in Santa Rosa. “Look, it's an embarrassment of riches when it comes to breweries in Sonoma county. But if you haven't been to Parliament, you are missing out. With a spectacular and varied selection of IPAs, lighter beers, sours, and stouts, the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We've come many times and the service has been consistently spectacular even with a crowd. And don't get me started on the murderers row rotation of top notch food trucks. Great patio, comfy inside, seriously, it's a great spot to spend time!“

“We visited on a beautiful Monday afternoon and enjoyed their outdoor seating. Our server was lovely and the owner went out of his way in more ways than one. We were treated like 5 star guests. Attentive service, delicious food, and a diverse menu. PS: We saw the presumed owner helping an elderly man order food and walk to a safe spot near the restaurant. All expectations were exceeded and my boyfriend and I can't say enough!“
“We were looking for a local place to have a nice sit down lunch today. After reading the reviews we decided this would be the place. It did not dissapoint; the food was delicious. It was also an extra special treat to see the owner cook us our meal. I had the Salmon & Avocado Bento. My wife had the Chicken Ramen. We will definatley be back. “We had a craving for froyo and found this place by accident. What a treat! Small, very clean spot! There was a sign in the front stating that self-serve is not allowed (due to current COVID regulations), but the owner was happily helping us with our selections. My 7 year old daughter whispered she didn't have enough sour gummy worms topping and the owner quickly and very friendly rectified that and gave her an extra scoop. Thank you! Everything tasted so good (especially the horchata flavor, yum!) Thank you for being open during this difficult time and putting a smile on our faces! “It's not fancy but it IS tasty. I've eaten here a couple times and the staff is always friendly and the food has been great. It's a bit tucked away but worth a go when you're in the area. They do mexican food and some other genres. But I've been happy with everything I've ordered to date.“

“When we travel we always look for B&R for a treat. There ice cream is fresh and with the variety they have everyone will find something they like. I really like the Hot Fudge Sundae with Jomoca Almond Fudge. My wife likes Baseball Nut. There cakes are to die for. Place is small but the staff is friendly. It's nice to sit on a bench outside and enjoy your ice cream.“
“We came for the all you can eat wing event they do every Tuesday. I was kinda expecting a restaurant but it's an event hall. The wings were great. Also had this really lovely tomato soup and grilled cheese. It's a great looking venue as well.“
“Sam is your guy to get the job done right. I was charged with getting lunch for a working group of 55 people and had to wait until the morning of the event to provide Sam with the final 30 or so orders. I had reached out to him well in advance, and gave him the initial half of the order several days before the day of the lunch. He was patient, kind, and made sure he had all the necessary details to get the order done right. When the working group finally gathered in person the morning of the lunch, I got an additional 30 orders to send to Sam. Not only did he finish the entire order less than 2 hours later, but he ended up individualizing everyone's order and made special effort for the Vegan and Vegetarian requests. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Sam will make your big order a breeze for you, and work hard to get the order completed on time and in an orderly fashion.
