“I could not resist coming here after seeing their creative menu! And it was WORTH it. I came here with my boyfriend and we each got two drinks because we were so curious and excited, lol: the Aztec, the Horchata Latte, the Bourbon Coconut Latte and a regular mocha. They were all sooo good - the Horchata Latte being the star of the day.We also each got an empanada: beef and vegetarian, also fantastic. Word of warning though - they are far smaller than I expected. I thought we were going to get something the size of a hand pie but they're about half that big. I'm personally okay with that because they were extremely tasty and I wasn't looking to eat much. $7 for the size would probably be a bit pricey to some people, but I think for something local, and so good, it's fair. Plus the coffee is surprisingly inexpensive for an artisan coffee house so it balances out.You can sit by the river in either a lounge chair, at a picnic bench, or a table with chairs, with the offer of sun cover if you want it. The lovely view of the river with a bit of bird watching is a wonderful way to enjoy a meal!The only thing I really didn't like was that they use those awful paper straws for their drinks in the interest of being environmentally conscious. I appreciate the sentiment, but there are sturdier compostable straws that exist! I don't know why these terrible straws are still around, plaguing cafes everywhere. Everyone hates them. “The food here is excellent and worth going for. We had the scallop appetizer, which was quite pricey, but heavenly, and the raw oysters recommended by our server, also heavenly. We also chose a delicious greens salad, and for our entrees we had the clams and mussels which were fresh and delicious, the cioppino, and the fettucine with clams. For dessert, we had one of the best creme brulees we have ever had. So the food was excellent and worth the price. It took us a while to get our drinks, although we arrived at the end of Happy Hour and that could be why. The oysters were served before the drinks. That shouldn't happen. The atmosphere was okay - very loud, so that we could barely hear one another, and we sat on the Kentucky Street side and cars were pulling into parking spots next to the restaurant and shining into our eyes. You'd think they could put something in the windows to handle that. As for the service, it was not great for a pricey restaurant. Our server warmed up to us over time, but the other person who was circulating (maybe one of the owners?) was not friendly at all. Not what you'd expect. Also, a $25 deposit to make a reservation? Really? Overall, we enjoyed our food but will probably not go back. Too loud, and just not worth the hassle.“
“Haven't been here for too long. Won't wait to go back. Food was delicious! Choices are daunting! Italian sausage and meat was spectacular! Even the Cole slaw has a bite! "Roy" does a great job at providing great fare and some killer entertainment. It's like a meal and a floor show. BTW, don't ask if he has any P Diddy in his play list!!“
“Best chicken fried steak in town. Jones omelette was superb. Service is quick and friendly. This is a petaluma gem, right next to airport, cool history too. Love to see it's still owned by the son of the folks who started it. Great spot! Glad it's in petaluma! Ambiance is 10/10 with classic diner vibe and rad model planes hanging everywhere.“
“The service was excellent. We did not have to wait long on a Saturday morning around 10:30. Had the Florentine Benny, which was cooked perfectly. It came with a ton of hashbrowns and I ordered a side of bacon. It was really delicious. My BF had the hash with eggs and he really liked it as well. He loved the biscuit that came with it.“
“I Just have to say, tonight Sugo's was amazing. First time there in years. Every attention to detail did not go unnoticed! The service had the feel of fine dining. I dropped my napkin, and very discreetly someone placed a new one on the table. ( just one simple example) The service was formal yet very friendly. Did I say napkin, I meant paper napkin. That was the only indication I was not dining at an upscale restaurant with a$300 check. A special thank you to our sever, James. BTW, THE "kitchen sink" salad is delicious!“

“We live 2 miles away from the restaurant and for a variety of reasons we haven’t eaten here for over a year. We are regretting it today because we had a superb meal last night. Cucina’s reputation is well deserved because there is simply no better (mostly) Italian cuisine around. Truly, you can’t do better, no matter what you order. Don’t even think about any other Italian restaurant. We will be back very soon, and one only partially serious New Year’s resolution is to spend the next year ordering every entree..“
“The Sonomic Gold and Sonomic Red vinegars are delicious. They are made of 100% grapes, as is uthentic Italian balsamic vinegar made from 100% grape must. Having been to Modena, Italy and tasted the real deal, I can say with some authority that this is the closest any vinegar has come to balsamic. Sonomic is a little sweeter, but almost as thick and delicious. It is good drizzled on foods. I like to make my own salad dressings with EVOO, Sonomic, some Italian herbs and a little water - deliciouso!“

It’s a lot, doing what they do in such a well-loved and well-visited establishment. Big props to the team here in Petaluma.I’d list my favorite beers from here, but for brevity, I’ll just say: if you like a good DIPA, this is the place for you.Something I like about Hen beyond the amazing bartenders, and the SUPER solid beer selection, is the fun and funky vibes they keep. Music is almost always right, patrons never seem to get too wild, and people are welcome to bring their groups, their families, and their well-behaved canine companions. Their food trucks always hit the spot (Shout outs to Api Hot Chicken and Bayou on the Bay!!) and their seasonal events are always fun and engaging.I feel like they value their customers and the community they have cultivated. “First of all, this is a wine shop. If you are an up-tight wine snob then go elsewhere. However, if you know wine, and you’ve explored local California wines but are tired of fruit bombs, oak, butter, and exorbitant prices … then Jason will open your eyes to wines from all around the world that are affordable! Keep in mind he can sell you a glass or a bottle but cannot give you a free taste because of his license … so don’t friggin ask! However, he can keep you laughing until you have to run to the bathroom … just remember to pat the gnome on the nose!“
“Two words: Fancy. Toast. Girlies, hear me out, we love having our little treats that are fantastic flavor and a balance between sweet/savory. The fancy toast is all of that. They come bite sized, and you can get four for $29. The leek fritters and steak fries were a great appetizer and especially delicious during happy hour. I definitely would come back here again on gorgeous weather days. The seating/furniture is inviting for groups who want a casual hangout.“

“Went on a Sunday @ 1pm and had to wait for ten minutes for an open table. The host estimated our wait to be fifteen minutes. the wait time went by quickly as we watched planes landing and taking off. they have chairs and picknick tables you can use while waiting. We sat outside and our waitress was friendly, engaging, and helpful. our food for 6 came up at the same time and no one was disappointed with their selections. The inside seating area is nicely appointed and they have the history on the dinner/airport displayed throughout the dinning areas. It is truly a "family" run operation who cares about your experience and appreciates your business!“
“This is an awesome place!! Their beer is pretty good. We liked the Ibex, Sasquatch, Grain and Blood, and underworld. All were delicious. We also tried the Fantasy Island. It was alright, but I would have liked more flavor. We also tried the grapefruit ibex, but wasn’t a big fan. The atmosphere was welcoming and our kids felt welcomed with Lost Coast root beer and games. We ordered from Acme Burger, which was phenomenal. I would love to visit this place without kids in the evening because it looked like they had a great amount of events. Highly suggest.“
“It's my first time here and I already know I'll come back again! I tried the pecan salad which is the best pecan salad I have ever had! It has generous amount of candy pecans and fresh salad. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture! There are lots of sandwich selections. Everything is served in Togo box which I thought is convenient for any leftovers to go! It's in a residential neighborhood with a bar inside. Draft beer is refreshing. You can sit in the bar or plenty of outdoor seatings. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is interesting. Definitely give it a try if you love beer and sandwiches! Oh and salad!!!“
“Made a pit stop here, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good it was! We loved the aqus flat bread. We also got the aqus flatbread, Mediterranean flatbread, salmon nicoise salad, and smoked chicken flatbread. The aqus was my favorite. I thought it might be too rich, but the duck and gorgonzola were well balanced, and the duck was juicy. The menu was really well priced, which was unexpected considering all the fresh ingredients.“
“We stopped in while on vacation to do a tasting. It's a great stop with some delicious wine. I was surprised to really enjoy the Rose and Zin as I'm not usually a fan of those types of wines. But very thrilled.Nice tasting room in town, parking is a bit funky but not terrible. Lovely group of ladies working today, and knowledgeable.“

Appreciate the traditional Bruschetta, Penne Bolinais, Ceasar Salad w/ protein add on. Generous portions.Parking: C-Street entry Parking garage across the street.Busy neighborhoods with the 14 screen Cinemas and Residential Lofts, allow little extra time to find parking in the Theater District.Kid-friendliness: We have noticed well behaved family diners and special occasion moments.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes sidewalk ramp access. The parking garage across the street has Blue Plaquered spaces and Elevators. The Restaurant has 2-3 tables to accommodate ADA diners, call ahead about reservation or available seating access.“

“This place is so cute for breakfast. We came on Sunday morning around 11am and there was a line, but we ate outside. They have great setup under a canopy with outdoor heaters so it was best of both worlds. Loved the Mayan Tipico - the plantains were delicious! I do think they overdid the eggs a bit (burnt). Hubby ordered the Greek Omelet which was as really nice. Chai latte was also different and delicious. My hubby doesn't like coffee but that was a nice change for him. We both enjoyed our breakfast.“
“Ate at this restaurant while visiting a friend. First time ever going. The lines were incredibly long and very slow to move. However, the staff were extremely professional and nice when it did come to be your turn. They make the food right there on site outside on grills which makes it so inviting. There's alcohol that you can purchase inside or individual sides with your meal. There's outdoor seating however, there were bees around us when we were eating. I understand that when you have food outside this is going to be a risk. There was plenty of parking, handicap parking, the property is handicap accessible, and there are bathrooms located on the premises. I would absolutely recommend for a visit!“
“What's better than cheese and wine? Nothing!! The Petaluma Cheese Shop and Barber Cellars has an incredible selection of cheeses from all over, and amazing boutique wines. If your lucky, you get to meet and spend time with the owners, Mike and Lorraine. Aside from making incredible wines, they're cheese nerds. We went from a single visit to making this our regular Thursday afternoon hang.“

Yes you heard me right, not only a hand pie with the savory taste of a cheeseburger all in one, make it grass fed beef too, yup you get the benefit of Omega 3's & other health benefits while downing that cheeseburger pie. Taylor, one of the new owners stopped me in my tracks when he told me about the best seller. It sounded unusual but I went ahead & tried it. It was like a cheeseburger but not like a cheeseburger cause it's a pie too. They pack the hand pie with lots of ground up local grass fed beef. It was delicious and filled me up. Go ahead and order that pie and any other scrumptious pie on the menu. They have fruit pies, big pies and hand pies. And wish Taylor & his mom his business partner the best. Gosh it's great to see a young, local Petaluma entrepreneur have a dream and act on it.“
“Food was more than solid and service was very friendly, albeit a little slow. It seemed like a family run place. The hummus especially was super tasty but everything was a smidge expensive in my humble opinion. There was a little confusion on how much we owed too, so it was a little weird leaving. But the space is really relaxing. So there was some great and some not great. Worth a stop for sure“
“Passing through Petaluma and hungry, my mind hit on Lombardi's. I haven't lived in Sonoma county since the early 90's and I wondered if they were still there. Thankfully located in the same location, you pull in and the bbq grills out front are billowing smoke. Lots of parking. Once inside the place is bright and clean. I ordered the tri tip sandwich and waited with anticipation. I got my sandwich and found a table outside, on the deck. Opened up my sandwich to tons of thinly sliced grilled tri tip mixed with bbq sauce. A creamy horseradish sauce, red onions and tomatoes. The bread was a soft interior with a crispy exterior. The sandwich was as good as I remember. I was so glad I came here.“

“Get here early or you'll wait in line to get a table. Beautiful set up inside. You can sit to dine or just go to the pastry or bread line to purchase baked goods to take home. Love the French bistro vibe. We sat at the community table. Not too bad. Didn't like the cold air hitting me every time the door opened but, hey, I've got a seat. While my party sat down, I wandered to check out the pastries. Everything looked absolutely scrumptious! Difficult to decide but I ended up selecting these pastries to take home. You can also just order from here and bring it to your table. Blueberry Cloud Chocolate Croissant Apple Braid Jam & Cream When I returned to my table, my party had already ordered their coffees. Gorgeous gigantic lattes and I ordered a cappuccino. Took a minute for coffees to arrive. Dishes are large portions. Plated nicely and looked amazing. We ordered: A cup of Asparagus Soup - delicate but full of flavor. If you love asparagus, you'll enjoy this. Corned Beef Hash - generous portion of meat topped with 2 perfectly poached eggs. Hope you're hungry! Croque Madame Egg Breakfast Service was great. Our waitress was friendly and professional. She always checked on us. She had a great attitude.“

“Visiting from the East Bay for the weekend and wanted a warm meal on a cold and rainy day in Petaluma. Hubby and I decided to grab a late lunch! Food was delicious. The service was exceptional! The restaurant was cozy and warm, nicely decorated and a great pit stop to kick off our weekend. We shall return!“
“Food: 5/5 Service: 3/5 Price: 4/5 Atmosphere: 3.5/5 TL;DR: An amazing little cafe with some of the best breakfast sandwiches in the Bay/Marin area. Whenever me or my family road trip north, we stop by here for their breakfast sandos. The cafe is fairly small, not a lot of indoor seating but they do have an outdoor patio. The staff were really nice but the service is really really slow; however, that could be because we were sitting outside. But the table next to us sat down after us and they got their water and food before we did -- they finished their entire meal before we even got ours (~12-15mins after) -- so that was a little upsetting. With you sandwiches, you can choose either potatoes, salad, or soup of the day as your side. Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Sando: *5/5*: We got this with brioche. The brioche was toasted well & soft. The bacon was crispy yet still had some chew to it and I loved how the yolk was still a little runny. They also put ketchup in the sandwich as well which I think tied everything together nicely. Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Sando: *5/5*: We got this with their homemade english muffin (highly recommend getting all sandwiches with the muffin). It's made from scratch, toasted really well, & super light & fluffy on the inside. The sausage & eggs were really good but the muffin made the sando for us. Wish we added avacado since that would've made it taste even better (but we forgot lol)“
“Awesome, awesome place to patron. The vibes and energy were all the way up, and this was on a rainy/cloudy day. A sundry of beers on tap, the wings were delicious. My only beef as it pertained to the food is they didn’t have regular yellow mustard (they did have dijon & wheat mustard). They have live music/bands playing with a ton of seats in and outdoor. This is a 5 out of 5 type of establishment. We loved it. And willing to drive 1 hour and 10 minutes to go back again.“
“The baristas here are incredibly friendly and accommodating--I really love an iced Americano with sparkling water, and this is one of the few places I can get one. The coffee is delicious, and you can camp out here and get work done (or at least pretend to get work done, haha). :)“

The littles settled on the squeeze of the day, some delicious orange-pineapple-ginger magic of some sort....the collegebound selected his own, and I, never having been a fan of kombucha, was completely taken by surprise when I fell for their AMAZING pomegranate version and had to have my own to take home. Threw back a shot of green (moringa and ? I don't remember, but it was bright and fresh as can be).I was surprised to find this juice bar has been in town for a few years, now...WHAAAAT?!! I've been missing out on all this local, fresh, organic goodness for THAT LONG? Such a shame.If you're looking for a Jamba Juice type juicery, keep on going... if you're looking for the real thing, where you can almost feel the nutrients hit your bones, and you actually like the flavors of real fruits and greens, THIS is what you're looking for.“

“This place was hopping on a Saturday night yet the staff was friendly and happy to explain different menu options as this was our first time visiting. We ordered the chicken thigh plate and sliced steak plate. All was very tasty however the beef was a bit on the chewy side. Next time would pick a different beef option. Plantains and chicken were super yummy. Everything we had was gluten free.“
“Their custom salads are my favorite. Choose a type of green (romaine, spring mix, etc.), and add ingredients, toppings and dressing. Nothing complex, but always good quality served with a smile. Their sandwiches are quite good, as well. One of the specials (as in, not available every day), is a Buffalo Chicken sandwich and is probably my favorite. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food.Parking: It is a large lot, shared by multiple tenants in the shopping center. I have never seen it more than 50% full.“
“I took two out of town guests to dinner at the Speakeasy....we went because they are dog friendly and we definitely had a dog with us. We ate outside of the patio and it was delightful. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing and the service was excellent. I highly recommend the Speakeasy and I will definitely be returning for another special meal. “Pizza is decent to really good... it all depends. 4 Stars because it's not consistent. Thin crust is great but the amount of cheese they put on a cheese pizza isn't enough. Last time I ordered it was covered in cheese and a thin layer of red sauce which is the best way. Each slice was covered with lots of cheese. This time each slice was halfway covered with cheese (very little) and the rest was just sauce. Acre you are good pizza but please don't cheap out and ruin the experience of your customers.“
“Excellent pho at this restaurant in downtown Petaluma. We had a large group and had a variety of Pho as well as spring roll appetizers. The food was delicious. I loved the Thai iced tea as well, which is something I don't usually get. I would definitely recommend Pho Sonoma in Petaluma to anyone looking for an authentic meal!“

“Ceviche was good but needs more shrimp. The wings are awesome but wings I have had outside of a wing type restaurant. I had the extra hot and would go to highest level hot. I had it as a side and both very flavorful and good amount of heat. The burger was OK as the cheese sauce for the pretzel was OK also. The wings were the highlight.“
